CAN U FEEL UR BABY FART INSIDE OF U AND WHAT WOULD IT FEEL LIKE

Not sure about that one, but I could feel my son hiccup.  For me, it felt like a hiccup in my lower stomach and would last for a few minutes.

I'm no expert on all this, but the way the baby's system works while inside you would probably not produce gas, and if so, it would not be released in the same way as it would be after birth.  Feeding and waste removal are all handled via that handy little cord that gets cut at birth, so I guess gas would be too, if it got created. What is stored up (meconium) comes out sometimes as a real surprise, after birth.

The real question is where do you keep the diaper genie in there? 

I agree. I don't think it works that way while they are still inside of you. I bet your feeling something like bubbles. I did all the time.
