The most important thing to do when trying to concieve, is to make sure that you are eating healthy and exercising. If you are healthy then you will have an easier time getting pregnant and you pregancy will go much smoother!

oddly enough its been scientifically proven that women are more likely to get pregnant in the fall and winter when it starts to get chilly outside because a man's testosterone levels skyrocket

When it comes to have children or trying to have children, there is alot of stress. I guess the important thing to remember is that, and this is strictly my opinion, there is a rhyme and reason (plan) for all of us. When it is meant to be, it is meant to be. While saying that, i know that emotions run deep and this could be a touchy subject. So, good luck to all that are in this or will be in this stage. All will work out. : ) Sorry, I am a little naive. : )

There's an excellent site out there. My Monthly Cycles ... This site will let you track your menstrual cycles and will help you by giving you ovulation calendars and when you're most fertile based on your menstrual/ovulation history.
