I have a question, I had my period last month around the the 29th and all trugh the 2nd of this month. Im not sure what is going on. Im not sure if it going away on the second would be my period for this month. I have been feeling sleepy, sore breasts, alot of bloating. I know these are some signs of pregnancy. I took a test last week and it came back negative. Have any of you had this happen? Im just confused and nervous and excited at the same time.

I was only late 3 times in my life (3 children) and then in August I was due for my period and it never came, finally it came 3 weeks late. I was extremely tired and my breasts hurt too. I took about 5 pregnancy test and they all came back negative, which is fine because last year I had my tubed tied because we decided we were done. Since my late August period, my next one came 2 1/2 weeks later. Some people say that I am starting menopause, but come on, I just turned 40 in August.....does Mother Nature really have that sick of sense of humor to say a women turns 40 and magically starts menopause. I don't know. IF you want another child, then I say good luck to you. If you don't I say wait a bit and see what happens. Stop and look how miraculous God is by the colors of the season.

So if your period came on the 29th of Aug your next period should be due around the 26th. Of course this is only if you are at all regular with your periods. I wouldn't worry until next week if your period doesn't come. All the symptoms you listed could also just be signs of a rough period.

It's too funny this happened to you this month (not funny, but coincidental), because the very same thing happened to me for the first time and I FREAKED! I didn't have the pregnancy symptoms, but my period was no where to be found. In my life, other than pregnancy and nursing, this has NEVER happened. I was convinced #4 was on its way, but I kept getting pregnancy tests back negative.
