It is an official nomination for Obama- Hillary making it official

Joe Biden gave his speech 

and Barack made a suprise visit

and tonight he accepts the nomination

Last night was Barack's big speech, he accepted the nomination!

Might be a smart political move nothing confirmed as of yet but McCain VP  might just be Alaska's short time Gov. Sarah Palin

It is goin be a nail bitter in Nov- a smart move by McCain it looks like it is official Sarah Palin is his VP choice- HISTORY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Well no televised RNC last night- off to a slow start due to Gustav.

But Laura Bush and Cindy McCain both appeared on stage together.

 Gustav wasn't the only thing distracting people from the convention!

Last night

Fred Thompson spoke- Yes the guy from Law and Order

and a nice coo for the Ellies Joe Lieberman

Rudy gave his speech

as did Sarah Palin!

Just wanted to let you know you are not the only politicl nerd.  However, I am trying really hard to keep my opinions to myself.  Let me just say I know its history that McCain picked this woman, but IMHO, it is for the wrong reasons!
