Now that I am a part of the super power team that is Working moms it was the economy more then anything, there are a few moms here like me who just started working again, How is it going- SUPPORT!

Starting a new job I missed a couple of N t-ball games but E did just fine with M- It sucks not having the flexibility I would have if I worked a year or so, I have a hard time asking off.

Well, I didn't just go back to work...I took 12 weeks off when Riv was born and got right back it - flew to SF my frst week back.

It is a constant balancing act between mommy, wife, and working professional.  Each role brings joys, rewards and stress at different times or all at the same.

The best feeling is when you have more moments of "Yes, I'm handling this", but as with juggling at some point a ball drops.  That's okay and that's the most important thing to remember.

Sounds like it is new, so as you are establishing your working role, some mommy moments may be given up.  You'll be able to go to other events for your children and feel more comfortable asking for time off here & there.
