Now that it is harvest time (for some veggies) what are you doing with the stockpile of veggies?

I already made a batch of pickles- plan on freezeing tomatoes and dring parsley!

if I had a stock pile I would be doing soemthing with them.... lol Liv is eatting my tomatoes as they rippen good for her any way! but I really wanted to at least make something from them... lol I did make a pizza with some tomatoes does that count i used the basil i grew too...
