I wish I had some advice for you, but I don't. The little nausea I experienced was always tamed by eating a banana - but it sounds like you are experiencing more then just a little.

They say to eat small meals thru out the day if you can. Eat saltine crackers and plain toast. Eat things that would be easy on the tummy. Try to stay away from milk products cause it will curdle in the tummy. Not good. If the nausea is really bad ask your OB what would be best to calm it down. I know I ended up loosing 5lbs when I was preg with my daughter 13 yrs ago.

My grandma suggested keeping saltines by my bed and before i got out of bed eat a few slowly. Then take time getting out of bed- i know hard with other kids. Keri was right about the small meals throughout the day- keeping little snacks on the counter to nibble on. | |

Goldfish crackers worked for me the first time. I couldn't stand them the second time. The second time, I ate Cheez-It crackers. I also, for some reason, craved Burger King through both pregnancies, which is weird because I rarely, if ever, eat there.
