Surviving Baby's First Year

"For a story on WebMD called "How to Find Time for Yourself When
You Have a New Baby,"  writer seeks parenting experts and new
parents to give concrete tips to eliminate the stress of baby's
first year so they can maximize quality time with baby.  Especially
interested on ways to handle sleep deprivation and building
exercise into your schedule.  Would love to hear from a fitness
expert who is a parent.

Please post your comments here no later than July 14 to help this reporter out!

KEEP IT SIMPLE.  yes in caps because it can't be said enough.  Yes we have this vision of puffy dresses, ruffle tights and bows perfect in hair- but that is too much for a baby.  Live the first few months in onesies and pjs- They are cute enough they don't need all the fancy stuff!!
