Last night while I could not sleep due too many reasons, I noticed that underneath my armpit I was feeling a small pain. I touch it and it feels sensitive. Im not sure what it could be but its weird that I have never felt any pain under my arm. Have any of you felt anything like this?

I had that happen a couple years ago.  It finally got to the point where it hurt so much I couldn't lie on that side in bed.  I went in to the doctor and he asked me a bunch of questions.  I said it felt like kind of a burning, stinging kind of pain.  He asked if I had any kind of rash at all.  A couple days before that I had noticed 3 tiny red dots (I probably wouldn't have even noticed except they formed a triangle, which caught my attention).  I had put a bandaid on to keep stuff from rubbing on it.  It turned out to be Shingles.  If it keeps causing problems, I would just ask your dr about it.

i sometimes will get cysts in my armpit and they are painful. all i do to get rid of them is but a hot wash cloth on it while im in the shower for a few days and they go away.
