What breakfast foods do you eat to get some fiber? I'm a big cereal eater on weekdays.  On weekends I fix whole wheat waffles topped with fruit, eggs, and some kind of meat sometimes.

I have to keep Gabriel on a high fiber diet and he eats FIber One yogurt everyday.  it tastes reaally good and has an amazing amount of fiber in it.  There are also thomas's english muffins (honey wheat) that are double fiber.   Other than those we have eggs, oatmeal, and pancakes for his breakfast.   He has a hard time digesting and having BM's so high fiber it is and it works like a charm.

Pancakes buckwheat?  I don't think I've had that before.

I am officially hungry after reading this thread Laughing.  Has anyone heard of LiveActive cereal?  Been eating it for about a week.  Good amount of fiber.
