That sounds really cool!  I would never have thought of that, but it sounds yummy, and fun to make!  Especially with the kids!

It sounds delicious.  I'm a big fan of strawberry jam, but the lavender sounds like a nice mix.  Probably gives it good smelland taste.  Any ways, has anyone tried jalepeno jam?  I saw that a couple weeks ago, but could fathom the taste with peanut butter.
