Karleigh took two steps the other day!  She completely threw me off guard.  She is not really crawling per se, she is doing a strange army crawl, pulling herself up and holding onto furniture.

 The steps she took occurred because I picked her up and let go while she was standing.  She took two steps toward Jimmy, smiled...

It is amazing to believe that my baby is 7 months old!  She is now signing "mommy" and "daddy", teasing our dogs, and walking with help.

 I do find it odd, however, that she would rather stand up than be on her stomach or even try to crawl.  Everyone thinks she is going to skip crawling.  It would not...
