One suggestion...my doctor gives us everytime one of my children is congested...no milk products. It increases the phlegm production, consistency or something like that. It also seems to make them throw up. I think it just curdles in their tummy or something like that. We avoid it like the plague if congestion or fevers are present. Better safe than sorry. I might have to make a trip there next week. We try to limit the fast food. Maybe once a month or less. I prefer Chick-Fil-A...their grilled chicken sandwiches are great! They are a little expensive, and with so many kiddos it is just more cost effective to eat at home. Wendy's is also not to bad. The kids enjoy their chicken nuggets and they are on their 99 cent menu. Other than that, I can't think of any fast food that we eat on a regular basis. We used to frequent our local Basha's for their Rice Garden (kind of like Panda Express), that was my kids favorite, until I found out how much fat and calories are in their entrees. :0( Now, if we are in a hurry we just have the dinner of champions....cereal! LOL! Less is BEST!

I would bring a small new toy or two to keep him entertained. Nothing fancy or expensive, just something that is new to him. Do you read to him? That might keep him interested in sitting on your lap if you are holding a book that he can look at and reading it to him. You'd be surprised at how much stuff there will be for him to look at while you are on the plane. I bet he does great. Have fun! :0) Less is BEST!
