Eeeeeew Peanut Butter!!!! If my kids didnt like it I would not make em eat it. But they do so I make em PB&Js.

I know...problem is there isn't much you can pack for lunch to send to school.  She REALLY doesn't like jelly, so no PB&J's for her.  The first couple days of school, the peanut butter sandwich came home!  At least she wasn't throwing it away and pretending that she ate it.  She told me she saved it for me.  LOL!Laughing

Sounds like a scam.  It reminds me of a lawsuit I just recently saw on television and it is fairly common.  I could be wrong, but it makes no sense why they would need you to cash the checks.  You would ultimately be responsible if those checks end up bouncing.  I forget exactly what the laws were that applied to the case, but the Judge strongly advised NOT cashing other people's check.

Also, recently saw this topic on Oprah.  Big scam done in foreign countries that targets Americans.  They have scammed people out of thousands of dollars.  It was really sad.

I say, look into something else.  Just my opinion of course.

Best wishes.

1.  Dishes in the sink after I have just cleaned the kitchen.

2.  Dog hair floating across the floor (even with vacuuming every day this still happens).

3.  Finishing the last load of laundry and then giving the kids a bath...laundry hamper now full from the clothes they were wearing.

4.  Being interrupted while talking on the phone.

5.  Just for laughs, my hubby calling me while I am having lunch with my girlfriends for the 1st time in months to ask me where the Doritos are.  What?!  If they aren't in the pantry, They are GONE!Laughing

#5 is an example of  "Stupid Questions"...they drive me insane!

They are equally as bad in my book.  I am also not fond of what I call "half-truths".  Giving me part of the information, but not all of it.  I consider that lying as well or withholding information.

If my children ever start doing any of these things, there will be consequences.

This could just be a stage.  Every child is different, wish I had some great advice to offer, but hopefully she will just slowly grow out of the stage.

Best Wishes.  :0)

My youngest used to wake up in the middle of the night.  I was never sure what the reason was, because she always called for Dad (thank goodness).  He would just cover her back up and she would go back to sleep.  She hasn't done it for probably a year.  She just started waking up less and less and finally she stopped waking up at all.

Best wishes.  :0)

Totally normal! No need to worry, they grow out of this phase and then you will wish they would follow you around.Laughing

I used to put my youngest daughter in her exersaucer whenever I took my shower.  This way she was still in the bathroom with me, I could open up the shower door to talk with her, and she was still able to entertain herself while being contained.  Of course, she was a little big for the exersaucer, but it served it's purpose.

Best wishes.  :0)

Every child is different.  I have to say, I am so happy to have potty training behind me.  It was frustrating at times, and mostly because other people (family) made me feel like my kids were behind.  I think the girls were a little easier than the boys, but only because I tried rushing my eldest daughter, she wasn't ready but I was listening to others.  I learned my lesson with that one, and did the others more on my own with occasional interference from family.

I was always told (by my Grandma) that if your children were not potty trained by a year old that you were a bad Mom.  Now, I wish I hadn't listened to that.

It was easier to have them trained during the day than thru the night.  Since I rushed my first daughter, she seemed to have more accidents at night time.  None of my other children had that problem.  The boys took a little longer to train than the girls.

Don't let others make you feel bad.  I agree with Jan 100%.

I have two boys and if Ammon isn't ready yet, go with your instincts...you are his mother...don't let others dictate how you raise your child. You are a great Mom!  :0)

There used to be people chatting quite often, but I think with school starting everyone has gotten a bit busy.  I know that you can set up to have a scheduled chat.

My hubby's job has retirement that he has been contributing to since he started there 17 years ago.  We really don't have any grand plans.  I have been a SAHM for many years. I will probably be going back to work within the next year or two.  Right now, we just live for the day. :0)

My hubby is a die hard Steelers Fan!  He has been since he was just a kid.  Gosh, even the man's car is yellow with tons of Steeler accessories.  You can see the photos of his baby in my Photo Album.  Anyway, I decided that I wanted to learn more about the game (I am challenged), so hubby told me I needed to pick his team.  Ummm, I think NOT!  I decided to go with my own team.  I was born in Chicago, so I am a fan of the Bears.  Go Bears!!!Smile
