My youngest, who will be five next month, has been potty trained through the night for over 2 years.  She has never had an accident in her bed.

The other morning, she came into my bathroom a little upset.  She said that her underwear had been a little wet, but now it was dry.  I asked her if she had accidently gone pee in her bed.  She replied "No mom, I had a toot with a surprise!"  I,  of course had to ask her to repeat herself and I really tried not laughing!  It was soooo hard!Laughing

On an added note, after a complete inspection of her pj's and her bed, she didn't actually pee in her bed.  She literally had just tooted with a "little surprise"! Laughing

Excellent information!Smile

My eldest daughter is going to be a Sophmore in High School this year.  We have always openly talked about the dangers of drugs.  She is always welcome to talk to me about absolutely anything without me being judgemental.

My eldest son will be entering the 7th grade this year.  He is however, in Special Education, so he is supervised by adults throughout the entire day.  I have several more years before my youngest son and daughter get to this stage, and I can only imagine what things will be like then.

Only time will tell...

Well, if the fire is in my house, it will take me plenty of time to just round up the troops and our dog.  Anything I grab after that on my way out will just be a bonus!

Time to make a decent plan...mine doesn't sound to good.

I'll second that "YEAH Jan!"  That was very well stated and I also agree with you 100%!Smile

If hubby would let me get rid of the television, I would do it in a heartbeat, but for some reason I think he would suffer from horrible withdrawls and the rest of us in turn would suffer Dad's wrath.  We will keep the television for now, and I have many channels and programs blocked.

It works for now...

To this day, my Grams drinks a warm cup of water EVERYDAY to keep her regular.  She swears by it's effectiveness.

Best wishes.Smile

We have a latch on our pantry, mostly so that our oldest son doesn't eat any foods that he is not supposed to have due to his medical condition.  It has worked out well for our youngest two children, and they always have to come and ask before they raid the pantry.

I was in the kitchen the other morning, after making breakfast, and was cleaning up.  My eldest son came into the kitchen and tells me that I have left the pantry unlocked, proceeds to walk over to it and latches it for me. What?!  When did he  grow tall enough to actually latch that darn pantry!Smile

What to do, what to do...Wink

We received a Diaper Genie as a gift, ages ago after our second child was born.  Hubby just couldn't ever get the new bags in right.  We  just put wet diapers in the kitchen garbage, which is usually taken out about twice daily, and poopy diapers in a plastic grocery bag that is taken out to the garbage in our garage.

We have an HOA, and we like our company.  Our rules don't seem quite that strict.  There are just basic rules to make sure everyone keeps their yards cleaned up and so on.

We can use any type of decorations for any holiday we want, we can make changes to our yard, there is just a basic form to fill out.  If we need to park in front of our home for an extended period of time, there are permits we can get and it just requires a simple call to our management company.

All things considered, I like the HOA.  For constant rules breakers, I am sure they don't enjoy it to much.  I suppose if our CCR's where over the top ridiculous we wouldn't be to happy either, but they seem reasonable and this is the 3rd home we have had built with an HOA.  We understood how everything worked before we built this last home, so we are pretty happy.

I haven't read the books, but my Mom has the collection.  She LOVES them!  I saw the first two movies.  My younger children would get to scared, so we won't go and see this one yet.  My eldest daughter isn't really into Harry Potter so I doubt she will want to see it either.  Maybe when it comes out on video we will get the opportunity to watch.Smile
