It is definitely an 'amazing show'!  I am also bummed that I am going to have to wait until February of next year for more new episodes.Cry

Every week that I watch, I feel more and more "Lost".  I have  tons of unanswered questions.  Each week they seem to add more uncertainty to the fate of the characters, and the reasons for why they are on the island.  I didn't realize that this past week's episode was the Finale until the end of the show.Surprised  I don't watch much television, because I just don't have the time, so it was a BIG shock to find out I will have to wait until next year for more.  I guess I shouldn't complain, with the Holidays coming upon us, I could use the extra hour every week for something else.   (That's the positive side of my brain working! LOLLaughing)

I had not heard of this before.  The website was very informative, and seems like a really great idea if you have a responsible child.  This might be something really great for my High School age daughter.  Thanks for the information.Smile

We love hand me downs! We are so grateful for generous people who share when they're done. My mom took my kids school shopping for clothes this year. Thank goodness for Nana!

I too feel this way.SmileWe have very generous friends that think of us first when cleaning out their closets.  I think that since we have 4 children, all in a wide age range (4-14), someone almost always has something that will fit one of my children.  My eldest daughter just started High School, and name brand clothing from the mall seems to be the big thing for her this year.  I have agreed to purchase several items, and only ones that were on sale (more than 50% off the regular price).  She had a school budget, approved by Dad, and we spent less than what we were alloted and she got herself a ton of clothing.  Both sets of Grandparents always purchase each child some items of clothing for their birthdays and Christmas.  My eldest daughter usually gets the gift cards.  My eldest son is starting to fit into what Dad can no longer wear, and his old clothing is now passing down to his younger brother.  My littlest of the group has 4 girls in the neighborhood who generously donate to her cause. LOL! Smile I have started saving my eldest daughters clothes for her, but I am going to have to wait about 6 more years for the stuff to fit!Laughing

My eldest son had pink eye just once (after a visit to the hospital for his monthly MRI).  That is when we found out that he is allergic to sulfa based medications.  The pink eye drops that we were given were sulfa based, and his eye was 100 times worse by the next morning.  We were lucky that he didn't sustain any permanent damage to his eye.  The same thing happened to my younger son when he more recently got pink eye from a school outbreak.  BOY, it is really contagious!  Luckily, we noticed right away that his eye was not responding, and got different drops.  Neither one of my girls has had pink eye to date, but I think I will opt for the sulfa-free drops just in case they are also allergic should they ever get it.  I sure hope that your eye starts feeling better soon.  Did you find out what was wrong with it?

Hello dragonfly...I remember that stage very well.  My children are

starting to get bigger, and now that they are in school, things seem to be getting a little easier.  They are ages 14 1/2, 12, 6 1/2, & 4.  I never enjoy all the homework or school projects, but I have a great system to keep me on track.  They do grow up so incredibly fast, so enjoy them while they are home with you.Smile

I have heard from many people that something called Coupon Sense can save you a TONS of money.Smile

You can even get free stuff sometimes.  I don't know all the details, but I bet someone else on the boards can tell you.  Anyone?

I tried earlier this morning to play some of the games, but I am unable to 'click' on any of them.  Is there something special I have to do to access the games?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!Smile
