I started when they were really young making helping in the kitchen a reward, not a chore to hate.  We made it fun and gave them lots of praise, and now they love to help out and learn how to do new stuff.

I love the pink sorbet sheath style apron.  I'm a hip hostess because I always provide all the food and drinks and never ask anyone to bring anything.  I figure it's my party, I should do the work and the worrying.  Let my guests just enjoy coming and socializing.

I've had problems with cookies too, and wondered if it was the sugar.  I think they process it differently, and I do know if you use beet sugar instead of pure cane it does change the texture of baked goods.

I've been looking for the perfect baked Mac & Cheese and this one is different enough (and yummy sounding enough) that it warrants a try.

I didn't grow up on boxed stuff, but my mother made hers on the stovetop.  I loved it then, but when I got out on my own and tasted real mac & cheese there was just no comparison.

I love the Flirty Everyday Housewife apron in Clematis.

I have the most fun in the kitchen tasting what I'm cooking.  It's the cook's privilege!

I like the Sassy Chic Apron - Red with White Dots.  I haven't tried any of the recipes either, I've been lazy and dieting.  Laughing  I've never made ravioli and would love to try it.  Thanks for the contest!

I love the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls because they are so easy and Mom isn't stuck in the kitchen baking while everyone else is still snoozing or watching cartoons.  Pop them in the oven, spend time with your family while they bake and more time with them while scarfing the goodies.
