This week I made a veggie "stew" side dish with kale, garbanzo beans, carrots, wine, etc and served it over mashed potatoes. It had a really deep but fresh taste and we really enjoyed it. Neither of us had ever had kale before. This coming week I'm making a primacotta cheese and I'll use it to make home-made ravioli. | |
