We took my sons Binky away at 17 months old. I cut the nipple off the binky and threw away the rest of them so i wasn't tempted to give him the ones that weren't cut. He sucked on it a couple of times then looked at me and said that is was broken. We did that a couple of nights then finally he just threw it away. It was difficult for the first few days because that is how he pacified himself to sleep but he got over it pretty good. Better than i did. I think it is harder to break the parent of the binky than it is the child.

I just got into scrapebooking and that is because there is a company out of Utah called Close to my heart and they make prelayed out pages and give you paper and stickers in a kit for like 11.00. It makes scrapebooking for me eaiser because i am not a creative person but yet i don't like the photo albums. In one kit i can get about 4 pages if not more out of it. I like to think of it as scrapebooking for dummies because that is what i am right now when it comes to scrapebooking.

I have a 2 month old who drinks 6 ounces every 3-4 hours. She gets about 4-5 bottles a day. My Pediatrician hasn't said anything about over feeding her. She is a chunk but that is it. I was once told that you always make more in the bottle than what they normally eat because they may want more. Also that you can't overfeed a baby because unlike adults babies stop eating when they are full they don't continue to eat just because. So i was told that it is very hard to overfeed a baby. Smile

I have heard that Formula babies are typically chunkier than breast fed babies. But i have seen some pretty chuncky babies that are only breast fed. SO i would suspect that he would gain wait when he starts eating formula. But it depends on how easily he may switch over. If it is a fight he might lose wait for a little bit because he may refuse to eat for the first little bit. Just because it is not normally how he gets his food. Is he taking a bottle already? beceause that could determine how easily he may switch

My son tells me sometimes when he has to go poo. But only when he decides he wants to sit on the potty. Ususally he will go when it is his idea. he just barely turned two so i don't push it to much only when he decides to do it himself. I don't want to make him afraid of it. When should i start pushing to do it more often? Usually it is about once a week

We switched my son at about 20 months to a toddler bed because we needed the crib for another baby. I wanted to make the switch before the new baby came so he did not think that the new baby was taking over his territory all together. But we still have a hard time keeping him in it. He is a very busy boy and when it is nap time he just will not stay in his bed i have to sit there right next to him. Any sugggestions?

You have to be a distributor in order to sell it but you can sell it to whom ever you want. It pretty much sells is self with all of the health benefits that brings. You also can have a website so you can send your customers to buy the product online also. If you are planning on using the product you should be a distributor because you get a discount on the product. But you don't have to sell it to use it, you can just go to my husbands website and order the product. If you have any questions please let me know. his website is www.ky-anisun.com/brickallen ...

My biggest fear was that i would forget that i had a baby to take care of. I would have nightmares of leaving my baby in the carseat in the family room and leave the house for all day and then come home and the baby was still there. I would remember that i had a baby and then feel horrible for leaving them home alone allday.

Luckily i have never done this. But it was so afraid that i would.

My Husband makes all the money. But i make sure the bills are paid. He tried doing it but he never had time and always paid the bills late. So i pay the bills but we together decide what happens and what the budget is.

i read somewhere about a senator who is a woman. Maybe Shelice can help me with this one. But anyways she was talking about how stay at home moms are nothing but moochers and that they don't do anything proactive all day. That they are sending there poor husbands to work and staying home mooching off of them. It's just sad to see some one who hasn't even been in the situation to place a negative tone on it.

When i read this i was so disgusted with her. Stay at home moms do earn their keep. They earn a lot more than money. They earn there children's confidence and trust. They help them grow they get to see everything their children do and learn. That is the most rewarding aspect i see as being a stay at home mom.

I am not saying that there is anything wrong with being a working mom. But it just is frustrating when someone who has never been a stay at home mom tells you that you are just mooching off your husband and that you aren't doing anything that is important. I am sorry but raising our children who is our future i hold as a very important job.

I think we as a poeple pay to much attention wo what celebrities are doing. I too am sick of hearing what is going on. I mean no wonders they go crazy like britney or do drugs or die a little early. The pressure is probably overwhelming. People say that they should get use to it because they chose that life style. Which in some aspects is true. But we really shouldn't care what they are doing. Then maybe the pressure would come off a little
