Well, I met my dh 23 1/2 years ago, of all places, A BAR. He was in the military and he went to this place called The Depot. I went with my best friend. His friends asked me to dance, so he took a chance and asked. We then started dating. Dated for 2 yrs and got married. In december, we will celebrate 22 years of marriage.

I guess the best advice I can give you is, don't try so hard. It will happen when and if it is suppose to. We already had two children, and I still felt I needed one more. Just never felt complete. Although the two were already in school. Anyway, we tried for 2 years, and finaly gave up. We decided it just wasn't meant to be. Well, wouldn't  you know it? We got pregnant shortly after we stopped trying. My third was born and my other two were ages 9 and 11. Good luck, relax.

Wow, that sounds like such a long day. I don't mind summer camps, but 12 hours? Wow. I work in the school so I have summers off right with my kids. My teens are on there own pretty much and my 8 year old is involved with swimming lessons and tennis lessons soon. Other than that, we just go with the flow. Play dates, swimming, riding bikes, etc...

Sorry, have never gotten a parking ticket, but have received a couple speeding tickets. Two isn't bad for me being 45 years old.

My kids have always done swimming lessons. Our rule is they go to level 5 and then they can decide if they want to continue. They know how to swim, but this is something that is not an option.

We already received ours. My 17 yo daughter will receive a $300 one since she is 17. We will only get one for our 8 yr old. Our son is 19,, but didn't make much money, so he loses out. Oh well. He needs a job.

I usually only text with my teenagers. It seems the easiest way sometimes to touch base with them. lol

I have one year book from junior high and all three from high school. I graduated in 1982. The one quote I remember, without having to go look is, from a kid one grade higher than me. He was prettty cool. He wrote, Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, You have a nose, Like a B52. Ha ha. What a character.

Like the others said, Welcome. Quilting? That is awesome. Maybe someday, don't know when, I can learn. My  name is Sheri, mom to 3 kids. Son is almost 20 and girls are 17 and 8.

I have a bunch of my kids' t=shirts from sports. Have always thought about making the front or back of the shirts put together into quilts. Maybe it will happen someday. Again, Welcome

Like jennsea, I also wasn't trying to be cruel. For me, it wasn't a fertility issue, and I hope you find what you need to help you to conceive. I had just decided that since we already had two, that if it didn't happen this time, it wasn't meant to be for us. Fertility is expensive and I was already getting to my upper 30's. I hope you find the answers you need and pray that all works for you.
