KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago Is it just me, or is anyone else running slow trying to boot up anything here on MT? I can surf any other website and it goes right to it. But MT takes what seems like forever, and no I am not on dial up. Even at work, it is a slow run process. Just wondering if it is just me or if anyone else is experiencing it.

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago Just like I have said about Bill Clinton - it is his personal life - what goes on in his bedroom or hotel room is none of our business. If he has done a good job, then his sexual (mis)deeds should not affect his political life. If his wife forgives him, I am sure she will never foget - that is there choice to work it out. Why should she be humiliated for being a STRONG FORGIVING WOMAN? I think that if my DH ever cheated and it was public knowledge - for us choosing to stay together and work at our marriage is not humiliating it is honorable. Some of the vows you take are for better or worse, this is a worse part. If the family sticks together and becomes stronger, I commend them. Denise

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago I am partially healthy. I try to provide healthy meals for me and family, but do admit - we do hit the driver thrus every once in a while. I do walk on my new readmill I got for my birthday at least 5 times a week for 2 miles - so that is good. However, I wish I could see the weight go off as much as I do walk, but that is ok. I am not overweight byany means. I wear makeup daily to work - however, it is consealer to cover my bags, a light mineral foundation - Sheer Cover - LOVE IT!, mascara and lip stick or gloss. I am not all about the full blown makeup unless I am going on a date with out the kids. Weekends is just mascara and lips - never go out with out my lips and eyes Denise

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago Living in AZ $500 is a drop in the bucket to some that my kids have been too. Horses rented and brought to the house, a small carnival at the house, and the list goes on. Last year for Hannah's we were at about that - we went to a local resort here and had boys/girl out for swimming and then some of the girls stayed for a slumber party. Between the room, food, and activity for girls to do - we were probably there, but I never added up because it would have made me sick. She was a limo this year - UGH not happening. Boys are so much easier - Sam likes low key. Amanda is still low key also - so I only have one that is breaking the bank right now. . . Denise
KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago YIKES! Poor guy! Although it is pretty ingenius, put also pretty stupid. I know if I would be carrying a $12K balloon, it would have been tied or clipped to me to prevent that. Guess his head, plus the balloon were / are in the clouds. Denise
KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago I would pick the tropics and home school. Some where in paradise on the beach in Cayman Islands, Fiji, somewhere beautiful, beachy and warm! Granted do not know how my hubby could find a job there for mgmt in a moving company - ppl would be moving there not away.

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1374 | Posted: 8 months ago I would revisit my Spring Break 1990 in S Padre Island, TX. I was 20, no kids, single - went with my best friend since I was 4 years old - it was a blast. Drank, partied, drank, partied, vegged on beach while partying - WOW to be young and a professional drinker - waking up hung over or still drunk and grabbing a beer for breakfast - that was a blast!
