The channels that are used most in my house are Nickelodean, Disney Channel, Animal Planet, HGTV or A & E.  It is very rare that we will watch anything on regular cable tv.

The only time we will watch ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX is for Dancing with the Stars, American Idol or something like that.  I am very particular what they watch becuase of the violence, launguage, and strong content that is on it.

I know who you mean, but can not think of his name.  He use to be an actor on TV, and a strong supporter of John McCain.  Now he has decided to run - taking a lot of McCain supporters and money with him.

I figure if Ronald Reagan can make it to President, why couldn't this guy.  Heck, JFK had a trophy wife and he still wondered. . . .

This is a major topic I do believe in a number of households.  We are MOM, but we need to remember that we are also a wife and an individual person.  Please do not get me wrong, I LOVE my kids, and would not give them up for anything, but I also LOVE my husband and myself - all three need the time and energy.

Date night is a good thing, but even 10 mintues alone time to talk a day is a good thing also.  Hubby and I get ready together in the morngings and that is our alone time - I cherish this time.

There is nothing wrong with being in mom mode, but change the cap around every once in awhile - after I did, it is good.

This is very cute, and I am sure all of us have felt like this at least once.  However, every morning, I take the time to Thank God for the new day and to give me strength to help those who need it, accept the things I can not change, and to keep a positive neautral stance on the day.
