I do have a green thumb - when I have the time.  However, just getting the yard mowed and weed eated is the extent of it.  I leave it all until I have to do it, about everty 2 weeks right now. 

But I prefer not to have one, becuase of time.

I think Paris, finally got what she deserved.  A "common" person like you or I would have been doing jail time for the DUI iteself, let alone - the first driving on a suspended lcense.  She thought who she was allowed to "act dumb" (cause now after talking to Barbara Walter's it was just an act, she really is not like that), and be able to get away with, OR buy her way out of it.

I honestly believe that celeberties get special treatment, and they hsould not. And besides, just for being born into a rich family and partying - what has she really done to become a celeberty?  The simple life - please that is most ppl in America's life and they are making fun of it.  OH, I forgot her budding singig career that is going to win her a grammy - PLEASE.  She is no celeberty, but she is still getting special treatment - her skin is dry and i cry - so but me in the one room psych ward / haospital that is bigger than my cell - allow me to have my phone now, and let my family and friends come the day after I get put back in the pokey - Yeah - that is the treatment we would get - NOT!

I know where you are coming from, it is one of those things we look at in the midwest as a sign of uncleanliness, but in the SW and in FL - sand area, it is a very common thing. (Just ike roaches back in the midwest - they are something that EEWW, but here it is something we deal with)

I am not surprised with the parents not advising the school, MOST do not, and at 12, they do not do checks, unless there is a reported occurance.  I deal with this issue with strep throat, as Sam has HSP, and it is brought on by strep throat - this is hospitalizing for him - so it is a BIG deal.

I myself have never had an experience with lice, but have known of several cases.  I am so sorry you had to deal with it.  And knock on wood, I continue with the no lice in the house - I will be thankful.

If you can find lard - that is what they used in the olden days to kill them, it suffocates the little bugers.

Try to stay sane and let us know the progress, as it is a long and hard process to clean everything, also any stuff animal or filled product in home needs to be put in garbage bags also, not just pillows and bedding.  And if you can steam clean the furniture that helps also frim what I am told.
