I let her shave - she has done an awesome job at it.  She has done it twice now.  Once when I taught her, and then the next time me watching.  She did an awesome job - knees and all. 

I let her pick out the razor and her shaving cream / lotion like suggested.  Of course, she picked out the one that was orange - no other reason!

I will keep all posted with the first cut!

If I over cook, I may as well throw away then, or sacrafice to the dogs.  If I do not, I will have to do another dish that could have been avoided, by tossing in the first place.

Only time we do left overs is the turkey or ham from holiday, all else - BYE BYE!

My daughters are not allowed to have a boyfriend until she is 15.  As for dating persay - I would say after that sometime, as long as we know the boy and can trust him, however we will be picking up and taking to and fro.

Car dates, highly doubt this will happen for awhile. 

Now I feel same rules should apply to my son, however hubby feels he should be allowed sooner - the old double standard.

Sam has eczema, the Dr prescribed cortozone cream also, and then told us to use aquaphor in between then times.

Like Kel - we too have a pool and were in it almost everyday last summer.  The kids are life fishes! 

A pool in AZ is a must, but only with a fence!  Even though all my kids know how to swim, and I am confident in their swimming abilities, it is known here, that no child in the pool area without an adult or supervision.  If this rule is broken, there is no swimming the next day.  There are times, when I run in to get us water or something, but that is rare only when the pool frig runs out and I did not notice.
