Trying getting on their level.  If you get on your knees, face to face - do not pick them up.  Talk in and even killed tone - so they know you mean business, but not a scolding, explain this is not behavior that is acceptable of such a big boy or girl -  it works wonders.

If you pick them up, you bring them to your level - try going to them - you would be surprised.

It is difficult, but I feel us woman experience this, and our hubby's are more like what is wrong with you and truely do not understand.  I am sure there are many more of us out there.  I think in life us woman have it much harder - and then throw this loop into the mix on a recreational activity makes it worse.

But when the miracle drug is found - let me know!

I was born in Macomb, IL and then lived in Good Hope, IL until I was 4 - which literally - I will place it at 400 people on a good day.  Then I lived in Galesburg, IL from 4 - 25. 

Galesburg was a nice place to grow up - in my era - I should say - would not want to raise my kids there now.  It was great growing up there, would be out all day - and not need to check in until the street light came on - and then by gosh, you better be home.  Then it was off again to play kick the can or hide n seek.

Galesburg was the county seat, so it was the largest city for about 60 miles - so most of the small town kids came there for somethig to do - movies or cruising the strip. 

Things have changed, factories have closed and moved to Mexico, railroad is becoming nonexistant, and the gang and drugs are increasing at an alarming rate.

I loved my childhood, would not trade it for the world - except wish that my kids could experience it for one day . . .  .

I am glad topin came up also.  I am sure there are more of us out there.  I have not been on any antidepressants, but have heard that they do affect. 

I am very interested in my hubby and find him to be the most handsome man.  He has put on few pounds through the years also, so how can they keep there libido and we can not keep ours?

Hannah is Hebrew for Grace

Samuel is Hebrew for His Name is God

Amanda is Latin for Worthy of Love 

Both girls middle name Riane and Sam's is Ryan - Ryan is Celtic for King , so does that make my girls a Queen?

It is odd, because I look at my kids and think, gosh how their names fit them, and I can not imagine them being named anything differently than the ones we decided on - Hannah a Nicole, Samuel an Avery, and Amanda is the only name I remember with her, but the other two - NO WAY, we picked the PERFECT names!
