The uncle was actually holding a lighter for the littlest one to light it, if smoking the pot was not bad enough. The kids were not coughing and knew exactly what to do. Police: Girl, 12, sent out 'below the waist' self portrait Michael Ferraresi The Arizona Republic Mar. 6, 2007 03:26 PM A 12-year-old girl Cave Creek girl could face criminal charges and other discipline after she was caught snapping a lewd photograph of herself and sending the image to at least 10 other students, police said Tuesday. A school resource officer documented the incident Friday at Sonoran Trails Middle School, according to Phoenix police and the Cave Creek Unified School District. The 12-year-old suspect took the cell phone of an 11-year-old classmate from a locker after school Thursday, took a photo of herself "below the waist," and sent the image along with a profane message to other students with the intention of embarrassing the 11-year-old victim police said. Police and school district officials confirmed that the 12-year-old girl was suspended from the school, near Carefree Highway and 60th Street. The victim's cell phone was impounded. A report detailing the incident was sent to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Police recommended charging the 12-year-old with furnishing harmful material to minors, a felony. "There could be serious repercussions," Phoenix police Sgt. Joel Tranter said. "It was a very foolish thing to do." Tranter added that the girl who took the photo might not be prosecuted because of her age and the circumstances. News of the cell phone incident was released as the Cave Creek Unified School District coped Tuesday with another sexually related situation. Two boys from Desert Arroyo Middle School were expelled and formally charged by the County Attorney's Office with sex crimes after female students complained they had been groped and that the boys exposed themselves on campus in October. I think she believes that I can only see what is in the in box, not delted or sent either. I pieced together the email trail. I kept hinting about it, as she knows the rules on boyfriends - not until 16. My mouth dropped open after she agreed to "go out", this boy asked when they could hug, hold hands, and say I love you. I was about ready to go snatch him bald headed. However, I am so proud of Hannah for this, her response back was, "not for a VERY long time, and I do not want to go out anymore." With that little email - he offended her to no end. A couple days later, I did let her know I saw the emails, at first her face got white and she got wide eyed. However I explained that I was very proud how she handled the situation. I proceeded to get into the conversation of what and if her friends are doing. Her response was - "I do not care what they are doing, that is gross." Maybe I am nieve, but I believe her. I explained to her any questions, she can come to me and we will talk, I do not want her relying on information from her friends. She looked at me smiled and said "Thanks mom." Kmom Joined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1375	Title: puke Posted: 2 yearss ago My 9 year old came into bedroom last nght 11:55 and said her stomach hurt - I had her lay down, started rubbing it, and it was HARD as a rock, I went to get heating pad for her, came back to her sitting up and puking on the clean sheets I just put on at 8pm before bed. UGH! Anyway, I took her to the doctor - sinus drainage is the culprit. She has not showed any signs of stuffy or runny nose, but it is there. Dr said nighttime is worse because it just sits there. When it is supper time - the food is placed in bowl and laid out for me, when I am thirsty - there is always water. When I have to go to the bathroom - I hit the doggy door, and when I want a nice back scratch - I will give puppy eyes to get all to feel sorry for me. The swing worked wonders, I would place her in it, she would be out, I would wait about 20 minutes and then move her to her bed.
