My kids knw that when we are in a restaurant what is expected. The portable DVD player has helped, however even without that my kids are well behaved. It is not just in restaurants that it bothers me, it is anywhere when a child is acting out and does not mind their parents. Last year at Sea World in line for a ride - there was a family in from of us - 4 boys range 4-10 maybe even 12. 2 were fighting the whole time - hitting pushing - etc and the then other 2 would sit down and when line moved, they would stay there and not move. The parent were FLAT out ignoring them not saying a word. I was so irritated that I made all of us get out of line (as it was a long one) and we went back later. My kids understood, as even they commented on how they had no manners. Denise

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1375 | Posted: 2 yearss ago I of course am the aby and have 2 brothers, 1 sister. My oldest brother is 9 years older than me, live south sub of Chicago. My sister is 8 years older than lives in my hometown still in IL. My other brother is 7 years older than me and lives in a small town not far from my hometown in IL. Then there was the oops- ME! Have had my moments with all of them of being close, not close. My sister and I were close from my teenage years on. My oldest brother and I are now the closest, we talk the most. But no matter what, they are family and I love em. Denise

Hey I just wanted to say sorry if I upset anyone.....I sometimes get so upset when I hear people talking or writing about our President. Sorry.... Aren't we all glad we have the freedom to talk about it.... No need to be sorry at all! That is the great thing about USA - free speach! I may not agree with everything - however like you said earlier - HE IS OUR PRESIDENT! Republican or Democrat - America needs to support him and stand behind him. I feel other countries thrive on the turmoil people create sometimes of our free speach over our leaders. The majority ruled, we have to support that even if he was not "our" choice. Do I support the war, no - however do I support the troops - HECK YES! May God bring everyone one of them home safely!

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1375 | Posted: 2 yearss ago Woman fakes off attack, scares off intruder . . . HAMPDEN, Maine (AP) -- An 80-year-old Hampden woman who was watching the Super Bowl alone faked a heart attack to scare off a man who had broken into her home and was pushing her toward the bedroom, police said. Daniel Thanem, 45, of Winterport was arrested a short time later and charged with aggravated criminal trespass and assault. Thanem is a convicted sex offender in Alabama, police said. The woman was watching Sunday night's Super Bowl when she spotted a man walking through her house, said Hampden police Sgt. Dan Stewart. When she asked the man what he was doing, he grabbed her from behind and began pushing her toward the bedroom. Stewart said the woman pretended she was having a heart attack and told the intruder her heart medication was in her car in the garage. After they retrieved the medication, the man fled. "The lady had enough common sense to keep her wits about her to fake a heart attack and avoid becoming another victim," Stewart said. Thanem was arrested minutes later near the home by police on routine patrol. Denise

KmomJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1375 | Posted: 2 yearss ago I am interested to find out progress also. I believe if he sues for paternity test he should get it. Look at Anna Nicole - her ex man did it, granted it is being blocked, but she has money and is out of country. No offense, but from sounds of it, she does not sound to educated to have enough money to keep the fight going.
