My husband can run a multimillion dollar company, however I do not think he could be a SAHD, he goes nuts on a holiday  - thinking he has nothing to do - event though there are dishes, shoes to pick up, laundry. . .

Besides he is one of the ones I have to pick up after or repeat myself for him to do something -more so than the kids.  The kids get the look and know I mean business - I look at him and he flips the channel!

When we got married, we came from FL, where we lived at time, back to IL.  I was already, except for makeup and my dress - we were getting married at a little country church - so we were about 30 minutes from anywhere of shopping value.  Low and behold - I forgot to bring my waterproof mascara, I picked up the wrong one!

So it comes to our vows, my husband is saying his, starts to have a little break in his voice, and to prevent myself from crying - I start to laugh.  He was mortified.  I felt so bad - I tried to make it a happy laugh, but I guess it did not work.  I was lucky he did not walk out on me!

After the ceremony and we were waiting for our gues, he said you laughed at me, I explained the situation, then we all had a good laugh!

Who should throw a baby shower?
Anyone except the expectant couple — though Miss Manners might disagree. Formal etiquette says that someone who's not a relative must throw the shower to avoid having it look as though the family is asking for presents. Our advice? Ignore traditional rules. Try simple things - doing something he likes - even if it watching a favorite cartoon, or reading him a book or let him read to you.

The more elaborate you go, the more he will expect.  Start simple.  There is already a bond there, you just have to pull it out.

I find myself have a short fuse with my kids also, so even a simple talk to find out what is going on sometimes helps.

I barely have time to go to the bathroom - hobby is out of question.

Between kids, work, school funtions, sports, husband and house- I would have to say SLEEP, or my few moments in here everyday.

This one makes you think, and the sad thing is I remember his face, but not his name.  It was from 2nd grade.

If there is one in production - why??

Most BCP that I have ever seen are so small - why would it need to be chewable?  Maybe I am odd, but can't most adult, or teens swallow pills to where they do not have to waste research time and money to develop this?

Die hard St Louis Cardinals fan- was born and bred one, will die one.  It is heart breaking the old Busch Stadium is gone!  I remember going there every summer with my family - it is a great memory and I miss doing it now since I live so far away.  However when my parents come here, we still at least go see the D-backs, which I like, but my heart belongs to St Louis!
