keriaz Joined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1719	Title: I FEEL GREAT!!!!! Posted: 10 months ago I just completed a MAJOR project! I cleaned out my whole garage! It was so loaded full of crap and mind you this was a two car garage that I couldnt even get one car in!! Monday I rented a large dumpster and I cleaned out the whole dang thing! Whats left is my husbands crap that he needs to go through then it will be officially done! I spent every day except tuesday when I had to work on this garage. Now that it is done the backyard is next then if there is room in the dumpster the house will be cleaned out!!! YEAAAAA!!!! I am tired but feel good! keriaz Joined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1719	Title: Second Time Posted: 10 months ago To me it sounds like a panic attack. I use to suffer from them quite regularly. I would get real jittery, felt like impending doom and just terrified for no reason at all. Some people who do suffer from panic attacks start breathing rapidly (hyperventilating) which causes dizziness, a headache and can lead to cramping in your hands and feet. Its can also feel like you are having a heart attack ie. chest pains or pressure. I have seen it alot in my job. We will get calls for 20 or 30 yr olds with chest pains and it just turns out to be anxiety. When mine were done and over with I would feel like Id need to lay down and sleep. Almost felt like I was hit by a Mack truck sometimes. What did I do for it?? Not much in the begining. I finally got help and they put me on Effexor which also helped with my depression. If you dont want to go prescription meds try taking St. John's Wort. It helped my husband alot when he would have them. Try also excersising. They say it helps with depression and anxiety. keriaz Joined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1719	Title: Second Time Posted: 10 months ago It happens at any age! Usually its a chemical imbalence in the brain. For me it was severe depression that caused this. It also caused me to have Arthritis too. This is something you need to get under control. Having this and depression does cause bodliy harm believe it or not. For some reason your body starts to attack itself. When my Brother was killed I was only 15. I was thrown into a deep depression. A few months later my left knee started hurting so bad that I was in tears. Felt like someone was drilling into my knee. Years went by and the pain progressed and it is now in all my joints.
