I remember when my daughter was 2 years old and my hubby was babysitting my daughter and son. Anyways I guess my daughter had loaded her diaper and needed to be changed. Well my hubby called me and told me that he change it but he ended up wearing a filter mask (he's a painter) while changing her. He said that it stunk to high h*ll and my daughter kept asking him to take the mask off. When he said that I just about died laughing imagining my DH changing her poopie diapers with a filter mask on. :D :D :D :D

What kind of school do you have your child/ren in? What do you like in the school? What do you not like about it? My children are in a Charter school in Mesa. They attend Sequoia Charter school. I refuse to put my children into public school because thier rules are way too leanient. Thier behavior is way out of control. I had problems with the Mesa public school system while I was growing up. I had a school psycologist (sp) run me through some mental tests to see what level I was at when I was in 3rd grade. When I was finished the guy looked over my results and got within 5 inches of my face and said "MY GOD you are stupid arent you!" Talk about me being floored. I didnt know any better and never told anyone about what he said. He ended up putting me in certain classes with the kids that HAD a learning disability. Im slow to learn cause I like to take my time to learn stuff. Well MPS didnt like that. So I refuse to put my kids through that. Charter schools offer more rules then public and that gives a better learning experience I think for my kids. My daughter cant go to school with a short skirt or spagehti strap tops. Not allow to go to school looking like a slut.

OH MY! I remember when I was overdue with my son. He was two weeks late and I swear I gave birth to an elephant. My son was 9lbs 1oz and was 21 1/2 inches long. My son nearly died when he was born. He had massive meconium aspiration. His lungs were totally full with that green nasty junk. Frown He spent two weeks in the NICU at PCH back when it was at Good Sam hospital. He was in a medically induced coma for a week. I couldnt even hold my son. That was a horrible ordeal for all of us. My hubby was so traumatized by this that he was scared to hold him. Hes finally over that. My daughter was 3 days late also. I told my OB (same one) that IF I go over that I want to be induced 3 days and no more. I didnt want to go through that hell again. Mary - I went to the hospital cause my OB was bothered by her not moving so we had a ultrasound test done and that cattle prod used also. Ya it scared the crap out of my daughter too. She did one of those spead eagle things and it gave her the hiccups. So they shocked her again to stop the hiccups. I hope you tell your Dr that you want this kid now and not to wait any longer. I dont want anyone to go through the nightmare my family and I went through when my son was born. BTW my son is now 13 and he has no side effects from the lack of oxygen and the hospital stay. He has ADHD but that runs in my hubbys family. My daughter is healthy as well. Good Luck.

When I was pregnant years ago I used a baby name book. My son is Phaylin and it is a celtic irish name. Its original spelling was Phealan but I didnt like that. It means "Of Wolf" my DH and I absolutely love wolves. Phaylin's middle name is a family middle name. His Dads middle name is Douglas and grandpa's middle name was Douglas also. My daughter is named Caitlynn. I have always loved the name Caitlynn. BUT I had the spelling changed. Since my son had a family name I wanted my daughter to have part of my name. So I changed Caitlin to Lynn. Lynn is my middle name. RacheAl is her middle name. Its not racheal but ra'kel. But now I have realized after 11 years my daughters initals. Caitlynn Racheal Sweeney or CRS... "Cant Remember Sh*t.

Good morning all. Yes school startin is a WONDERFUL thing! Gives me some peace in quiet around here for awhile. BTW now that school is back in session PLEASE be aware of where you are when you are driving. If you are in a school zone slow down to the posted limit cause if not there is most likely a cop watching you. Also keep an eye out for them big yellow things that we call school buses. If the bus has its yellows flashing please start slowing down. I used to be a bus driver and we turn them on 100 ft before a bus stop. Like the yellow and red lights at intersections its not a suggestion to stop it the law. You gotta stop. And PLEASE PLEASE dont go zipping up on the right side of the bus when it is stopped. I had that happen twice while I was driving. I was unloading a student and if I didnt say goodbye to this girl I would never have seen the car coming. She would have been hit and killed but I saw it in time and grabbed her by the shirt collar and pulled her down on her butt before she took that last step off. She ended up scraping her back abit but Mom was watching and said "you saved my daughters life I dont care about little scrapes." So please please as a former school bus driver be aware of your surroundings. Lets keep our children alive and in school.

I think that daily life desensitizes us to all the pain and suffering. Me I have seen so much in my life that it just doesnt bother me at all. All the blood and guts just doesnt bother me. Guess thats a good thing since I am an EMT. I have seen many people die, I have helped bring life into this world and have seen the blood and guts. I guess Im to the point now that it facinates me. Im not sick in the head but its just amazing how the human body works. One Patient that was only 22 had a massive head bleed and everyone wrote him off as dead about a month ago but I found out last night he walked out of the hospital without any problems.

Oh we use to solve that problem real quick. We'd all block them in. So when they wanted to leave they couldnt. Tongue out one bus would be in front of them, one behind and another one the side. Should see them get all hopping mad. We'd tell em that this is for school buses ONLY and we'd point out the sign. Most would apologise and never do it again. Others would scream and rant. Well they were in the wrong. LOL

Do you have a child support order against your son's bio father? If not you need to get it done. If he doesnt want to have rights to his son then he can have them severed. But obviously he doesnt. So take the S.O.B to court and make him pay. If he didnt want the kid he should have kept his zipper closed. You need to get the money to help raise this child without struggling.

Go file for child support and if he doesnt show you will get what you ask for. Then once the support amount starts to pile up and you are in AZ contact sheriff Joe. He doesnt like deadbeat parents.

What the deal is.... The inability to cope with thier ever changing world! They beleive every adult out there hates them and feel its best just to end it all. They have so many hormone changes that it is unbelievable. Also that teenagers think that nothing can hurt them. Just take one day at a time and killing one's self is a cowardly way out of a problem.
