I LOVED last nights show. I cant wait to see how the whole thing with Lynette and the "love child's" mom works out. I would have to give her a big kick in the rear. How annoying can she be?? I feel bad for her kid.
I saw on Regis and Kelly this morning Marcia Cross said they just decided not to write the pregnancy into the show. Good! Hopefully she doesnt stay with that nut!! I also wonder if they are going to have anymore stories with her son and daughter??

Thats a good idea. Its a good way to make some extra $$. Especially with the holidays coming. Let us know how much they go for. Im curious to see how much people are willing to pay.
I have decided to go buy several of them and sell em on ebay. Supply and demand. Heather

We went to a childrens dentist. It was pretty cute inside. They had a playstation, and some toys. The one thing I didnt like was how cramped it was in there. I bumped my head twice on the overhead lights, and then tripped on a cord. I also didnt like how in the room where they did his tooth, they do 2 patients at a time. Its a SMALL room with 2 exam chairs. Luckily when Jacob had his tooth done, no one else was in there, but afterwards while we waited another little girl came in to have her tooth pulled. It just felt uncomfortable. When I was young at my dentist, they had the big room where everyone has there teeth cleaned, and then they had special rooms where you had whatever special work you needed done.
And there was a lot more room. There little room was probably a little bigger than our bathroom. And thats not very big.
I am just dreading when we have to go back. I know Jacob is going to freak out.OH how horrible for him and you too! That is gonna make him hate going to the dentist now. I hope not but things like that is pretty scary. I remember when I was 8 I had 4 of my teeth pulled cause I didnt have enough room. I now hate dentists. I hope your son is ok and that his tooth will be fine. Did you go to a regular dentist or one that specializes in children densitstry?

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago My son also had LOTS of problems eating. He still does!! When we first started him on solid foods he refused everything. I talked with his dr and she said as long as he is still drinking his bottles there is no reason to worry. Well after months of trying and giving up, he finely gave in and started eating fruits, but nothing else. But, not all fruits. One day he would LOVE bannanas, then the next day he hated them. It was very frustrating. Again the dr. said "as long as he is still drinking his formula he is okay he will eat when he is ready." Well, he did finally start eating better, around his 1st birthday!! Now he is 17months, and he is still just as picky!! There are days where all he will eat are goldfish crackers, and apple juice. Then there are some days (like last night) where he will actually eat his whole dinner. The dr just keeps reasurring me his is okay. I worry he isnt getting enough to eat. She says dont worry if he isnt getting enough to eat he will let you know. And he definetely does.
My only advice is to just keep trying. Like others said give him some breaks too. You dont want to try and force him to eat, then he'll probably really not want to eat. Other than that, this whole picky thing is new to me too. My other 2 children never had problems. They didnt become picky until they got older. And there pickyness is the normal kid pickyness.
Good Luck, and hang in there!!

I had just seen a post for a butterfly festival and up until now I had never heard of it before. I'm sure there are a lot of other events that a lot of has have never heard of. I'm not sure if posts regarding special events would go in the entertaining group or somewhere else?? But it would be nice to be able to talk about events that are happening here around town.

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago I feel so bad for her. Having to stay strong for your children when you are hurting inside must be horrible. Barbara Walters was talking on The View saying Terri and Steve were a love story. I never thought about them like that, but when I watched the 20/20 special you could see they were a real love story. The way they met, the way they fell in love. I felt so bad when she was crying saying she had lost her prince.
I just hope she and her kids will be okay.

Its on 19th ave and Dunlap. We have never eaten inside we always take it to go, but the food is really good. As for kid friendly we used to go to Little Shanghai its on 40th st and Indianschool, its a little out of the way from you. We used to take the kids there and they would serve the hot tea in a pot and you would serve yourself in the tiny little cups. The kids would think that was sooo neat. Its cute how the smallest little things can mean so much to a kid.

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago Hearing about the seasons changing makes me jealous. I have lived here in AZ my whole life, so I have never experienced the actual change of seasons. The closest I get are from the tv commercials I see on tv. I would LOVE to experince the gold and red colored leaves, and I would really love to have an actual white christmas. Ever since I was little I always wanted snow on christmas. Though some people I talk to say they cant stand the snow. They say its a lot of work. I quess since I have never lived where it snows, I dont know the cons about having a real winter.
Oh, well. I guess i'll just have to settle for watching it on tv.:D

Oh, dont worry. You're not the only one who cant figure it out. I just came across this on another board and at first I was like you. I thought "oh great, what is this about", but then I read it and couldnt stop laughing. The thing that is really sad is that I am guilty on few of those things. (2,5, and 6):o
I'm glad it made you laugh!!:D
A little humor is just what the doctor ordered. Thanks for sharing with us. At the title I was a little bit skeptic, but you pulled it off. Have a nice day and stay away from the 9 things. Everyone makes their quotes so cute and I can't figure out how to do it. One of these days! Heather

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago For my kids 1st birthday, we just had a party with family. We had cake, ballons, and pizza. I had seen on 3TV awhile back this place in Mesa?? Im not sure. But it was like a jungle gym, and they had b-day parties there. I think the name was like Hakuna or something weird like that. Hopefully someone in Mesa reads this, and knows what I am talking about. Lisa Hauffner did a segment there, and there were little kids allover the place. It looked really fun.
