That's a great idea Kristyn.:D I have also seen Home Depot commercials for doors that have your favorite disney characters painted on them. They are so cute!! Im not sure how much they are, but if its affordable that would be cute. Or maybe if you or someone you know, knows how to paint maybe you could make it yourself.
Another good idea I think would be is actually very simple and not very expensive at all! Heather

i used to get bit by mosquitos a ton when i was younger stuff i found that works are mud mask, hair spray or clear finger nail polish, all those seemed to work better than most stuff ment for bug bites. Heather

From what they were saying on the show, it sounds like they may not even survive with all of the death threats the prisoners were giving them. If they do go to prison hopefully they will keep them seperate from the others.

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago Yesterday was our dentist appointment for my sons chipped tooth. Turns out his tooth was worse than originally thought. The dentist examined the tooth, and the part that was cracked was actually loose. He said by the looks of it, it seems to have gone to the nerve. He said we will have to pull the cracked part out, and wait until his tooth grows more so he can see the full damage it has caused. If the tooth starts to die, then he says we will have to completely remove the tooth. The worst part of all of this was that they could not put Jacob to sleep, he had to be awake. The dr. said we was too young to go under. So, they had to strap him down, on a board, completely tying up his legs and arms, then wrapped him up. Almost like he has being swaddled. Then they gave him a shot to numb his gums. The whole time Jacob is just screaming, and I am crying. I'm trying soooo hard to not cry because I didnt want him to sense my fear, but it was sooo hard. After they numbed his gums, they had to wait a few minutes, and then start to remove the tooth. After the tooth was removed the doctor said it had gone into the nerve. So, he did a mini route canal and said after 6 months we will need to come back so he can determine whether or not the whole tooth needs to come out.
After this was all over poor Jacob was clinging onto me. He was so scared he would not let go. I felt so horrible seeing him in pain. I would have done anything to have that be me in that chair. And the whole time my instinct was wanting to just grab him from that chair and run!! Seeing your baby so scared and in pain like that is heartbreaking. I pray that his tooth will be ok, and all they have to do is put a cap on it and hopefully be done.
After it was all over Jacob never really seemed to be in any pain. He was back to his normal self byt the time we got into the car. I know when we go back he will remember everything and probably start screaming the minute we walk in that door.
And now after all of this has happened I feel so much more protective of him. I dont even like him running or even being around other running little kids because I am so afraid of him falling and this happening to another tooth.

But I do know it is hard to resist getting something your child so desperatly wants. Although I dont know why people start going nuts, and fight over getting the toy. What kind of example is that for your kids?? Fight when you want to get your way??:confused:

I will soon have to fight that battle myself. My son is 17 months, and he never goes to sleep without his paci. Also thats cute you guys call it paci, thats what we call it. I hardley ever hear anyone call it that. Usually I hear binky.

9 Things I Hate About Everyone
1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?
2 People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room for the T.V. remote because they refuse to walk to the T.V. and change the channel manually.
3 When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too". Damn right! What good is cake if you can't eat it?
4 When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they? Gonna Kick their asses!
5 When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No Loser, I paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.
6 People who ask "Can I ask you a question?".... Didn't really give me a choice there, did ya sunshine?
7. When something is 'new and improved!' Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.
8 When people say "life is short". What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?
9 When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come yet?". If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?

How long did he have to wear it?
We had to make several trips to the doctor regarding my sons head, his head was flat on one side. After a few months of observing whether his head was reshaping by itself the doctors decided he didnt need a helmet. His problem was he only wanted to sleep on one side of his head. It was a constant battle trying to keep him on the side to let his head reshape itself.

azheatherJoined: 9/02/06 Posts: 1038 | Posted: 2 yearss ago I agree too! Dont go out of your way to be quiet. My little one didnt take good naps when he was an infant either, but now he sleeps almost too good. Sometimes I have to actually wake him up.
She'll eventually begin to sleep better. Until then just hang in there!!
