Oh, thats a very important one. When I was 8 months preg w/Jacob he was still breach, and I was told that if he didnt flip around by my next appt then I would first need to go thru a procedure where she would manually try to flip him (she said its pretty painful) and if that didnt work I would need a c-section. So I went searching on the internet about why some babies dont flip around in the womb and I found a lot of stuff, but what really caught my attention was drinking water....I hadnt been drinking a lot of water...which is needed for the amniotic fluid....so I went on a crash course of drinking water non stop....by my next visit...he had flipped around...THANK GOD!!

So water is very important...If I ever get pregnant again I will most definitely pay attention to my water intake!! Thanks for the reminder SJ!!

Well I was able to finally get Steven into a Karate class. I had previously post about some problems we have been having with him in school. Which those problems have not gone away...with the most recent one of him peeing on someones shoe. Embarassed I couldnt believe it when the teacher told me this. He explained to me he thought it would be funny.....I asked him why...but he had no answer. So as of now we are working with long term and short term rewards. We are starting extra curricular activites, limiting tv, and also going through some speech counseling. I have also thought maybe I should take him in to see the pediatrician....maybe have him evaluated for any mental or physical issues...I dont that if that is to extreme...but I just cant understand what is going on with him....Peeing on someones shoe is very out of character for him. Everyone we have told cant believe he did that...that is just not how he acts here at home. Or even any where else...its only at school he does this.

So we are just going to see how Karate will effect his behavior....maybe having something to look foward to might encourage him to behave. I sure hope so!!

When my kids were babies I used a hard plastic tub for my son and then with my daughter we used the blow up tub. When they were able to sit up we used the kitchen sink. Nothing wrong with that! Just clean it out very well with soap and a sponge or rag.

There are also tub rings where the baby sits in it a they cant go anywhere.

Good Luck on it.

Thats what we did too. Jacob is almost 2 and he refuses to go in the tub...he hates it. So as of now we still give him baths in the sink. My other kids used the plastic tubs...then transitioned to the bath tub. I also took baths with them on occasion...but it was just easier to give them a bath by themselves.

I like camping...just not the bugs. I have mentioned many times I would love to get one of those screen rooms you set up...then just have the tent in there! Last time we went camping it was horrible.....moths, mosquitos, and all sorts of weird bugs.....I swear the older I get the worse I get!!Embarassed

I am dreading summer time.....I have already started seeing those little black beatles in the yard...UGH, BUGS!!
