Mmmm. I love smelly candles. At frys they have a toffee candle. It smells so good. Everytime this year I always have to get a couple of them. I leave them burning almost all the time.

As for shopping. Ugh....we usually wait until last minute. Every year we say this time we are shopping early, but we never do. I was thinking about online shopping. I have never done shopping online. I like to see things in person before I buy it. Online would help out A lOT. Does anybody else shop online??

Well, as a mom of a son I think its okay. Although his dad would probably think otherwise. My oldest son, has played barbies with his sister. He has combed their hair, and my little pony's hair. And I feel its ok. His dad doesnt like it, but I see nothing wrong with it. Now if my son was showing interest in wearing makeup or barrettes or even girly clothes, then I would be worried. But your son wanting to cook, I see nothing wrong with that. Thats a good thing! Smile

I always make turkey, and the regular stuff.....mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, peas, and pumpkin pie. I also make egg rolls. I know that sounds weird, but I HATE turkey. So instead I make egg rolls. It is a pain making egg rolls, so we only make them a few time a year and Thanksgiving is one of them.

I have been searching for a recipe for stuffing. My boyfriend doesnt like it, but I want the kids to try it. Does anyone have a good recipe they dont mind sharing??

Hi....I can totally relate, whenever I have extra time I always seem to find myself here, or just surfing the web. Sometimes I tell myself "Okay, today I am not going to turn on the computer until I get somethings done around the house!" But I never follow through.....Maybe I am addicted...do ya think??Undecided

Thank you so much for your wonderful articles. I really enjoy reading them and cant wait to read the next.

I like them too. How do you do them?

Just click on one of them and you'll be taken to a website. Then you just choose your design and enter the info. They'll give you a code and then you just insert it into your signature, in your profile page.

For thanksgiving we are just doing the regular. Having Turkey, browsing sale ads, and just spending quality time together. For christmas, Im not so sure yet. Probably the usual. Visit family, exchange gifts, and just have a good time. This year I would love to go to Glendale Glitters. We live only a couple miles away, and have never gone. I also plan to take the kids to pick an Angel off one of the tree's at the mall. We are also donating some canned food for the school food drive.

My parents and brothers and sisters always look for a person who is lonely or a family that is going through a hard time and does the twelve days of Christmas. We leave a gift on their door every night for twelve nights before Christmas. Then we carol to them the last night.

I like that idea. I have never thought of anything like that.

Thanks, Niki! Welcome to the forum! Thank you on the congratulations on the preganacy. My kids are so excited. They think 9 months is too long to wait. (THEY think nine months is too long, SmileI think it's too long too!)

Congratulations!! I completely know how you feel. Although there is nother better than feeling the baby grow inside of you. Its very uncomfortable, but its sooo worth it.

When are you due?
