Wow, thats great.

My mom is always reminding me how important it is for my children to learn another language. Only problem, I dont know any other language. I have thought about getting a computer program, but not sure how well those work. We buy a sign language program and my daughter really got the hang of it. And so quickly. Unfortunately i havent kept up on it and she isnt so interested anymore.

Have you tried using the syringe first then using the drops?? Maybe that might work. I know when my son has a stuffy nose (which we have already gone thru 2 colds so far) I use the syringe, and then I give him a cold medicine. What about a humidifier, or taking him into the bathroom during a warm shower. I know when I have a stuffy nose the steam from the shower helps a lot. Other than that I dont really know. I know last year was a pain with my son and all his colds. I have my fingers crossed, I hope this year isnt as bad.

They were just talking about this on "the View" this morning. They were debating on whether gving a treat as a reward was a good thing. I think it is. Lots of praise and a treat wouldnt hurt. I am think of starting Jacob soon. Just lately he has been saying "poopy" after he goes to the bathroom, and sometimes when he is going. Evertime I go to the bathroom I take with me, and say "potty". He definetly knows what potty means. I'll just say it and he gets up and starts walking to the bathroom. I hope he isnt like my other son. Whoa, that was a nightmare!!

He learned pretty good, but then he would just get lazy and go in his pants, and just sit there. He did this for a LONG time. He was 4 when he finally stopped doing that. He never had a reason, it was just he didnt want to get up and go. He would just continue with whatever he was doing until you finally noticed.
