mommyo2Joined: 12/02/07 Posts: 1897 | Posted: 6 months ago Working around his sleeping schudule - this works great for us. Making sure you stop often. A great thing might be a car mirror so you can see him when your in the front- plus lil' ones like to see their own reflection. Men are not so understanding of babies and cars, my dh is not anyway, so make a point of preparing DH too. Mine likes to drive straight and doesn't realize the kids needs

mommyo2Joined: 12/02/07 Posts: 1897 | Posted: 6 months ago yeah it can be a frustrating phase- My first didn't but my DD has. SHe loves the reaction more then anything- I don't say anything pick her up put her in the corner and simply say in my "MEAN" mommy voice, "NO BITE-time out" then I turn my back and walk away. Make sure he knows he is giving a "boo-boo" and it hurts. Hope that helps.

I make them with or without pecans- dipped in chocolate. I cute them with a biscuit cutter so they have pretty wavy edges. I made strawberry jam and just gobbed it on girl scout shortbread cookie. And I hope that recipe proofs my point that everything taste better with a little liquor!

mommyo2Joined: 12/02/07 Posts: 1897 | Posted: 6 months ago DH proposed in Door County on a Large Pier with a boat house on the shore it was so cute he got down on one knee -which shocked me. He said if he was going to do it he was going to do it right. He really isn't that romantic all the time- if he was those small moments would not be as special. When he does the dishes so I can watch my fave show- make me a bowl of ice cream without me asking- what gal turn down ice cream?
mommyo2Joined: 12/02/07 Posts: 1897 | Posted: 5 months ago The only people I feel who should be making this decision is the victim families. In a perfect world thats how it would be. If the victims families can bring themselves to allow Susan to die in her home, with her family then so be it. If they feel she should die in prision, if that brings them some peace- then that is the way it should be. The horror this story brought me when I was old enough to understand could no way measure the horror the victims and their families felt. I hope the families do get some say when it comes to the end decision, and they find their peace in it.

mommyo2Joined: 12/02/07 Posts: 1897 | Posted: 5 months ago I love my DD Rose petal cottage. What I really want is a Wii- I am not big on video games, but that would be cool. Real motion video not sit on your butt game that is what would have been cool as a kid.
