But my son I struggled with- my daughter I just sleep by her. My stuggles were not just behavior but my sons Sensory- after talking to many different people the conclusion I drew was what works for one doesn't always work for others. I think it is okay to sit by the bed and calm your kids to sleep if they need it. I found just reassuring, placing my hand on there back lets them Know you are here. The thing the OT and Early Ed teachers told me was as they grow older the less they will need you-
