Okay they do not have to be chick flicks- movies that you would watch with someone you love or you love to watch-that gets your romantic heart going.

1. I try to watch this every Valentines-my sis too-Return to Me with Minnie Driver like a classic old time movie- plus I love seeing all the Chicago landmarks-reminds me of when I was a kid! 

2.Not romantic at all but A Time to Kill- it was one of our first dates and holding his hand watching that movie-great memories

3.Breakfast at Tiffanys- i watched it as a kid and thought I'd fall in love at Tiffany's in my lil' black dress

4.Sleepless in Seattle-need I say more

5. It is hard nowadays to get my husband to sit and watch a movie- he loves comedy usally with Chris Farley so Tommy Boy or Black Sheep- good for a laugh together

I don't change the store name I write the check over so I can have a little "fun money"

My Oldest sister has real big drama in her life right now, and I am kind of her rock- but sometimes if I see her name on the caller id I won't answer.  Sometimes it gets to be too much.  I really want to be there but sometimes I am not emotional ready to take on her burdens-or sometimes if I am having a great day I know whatever she says will in a sense "rain on my parade."  When I am up to it I try to call her back but I still get a sence of guilt-

4.start shopping

Dh and I plan on going to ikea one day but its about 3 hours away

We had to bring a shoe box for Nolan's preschool.  They are having a beach party valentine-learning about the "O"cean-plus a fun little break from the cold weather   I love all the cute Valentines-Nolan picked out Cars.  I remember decorating boxes at school-fun!

How about cupid's arrow in the heart- Like pin the tail but have a large heart and have them "pin" the arrow in it. or Valentine's bingo-link below

This website is great- Chore charts-Calenders etc.  wiht all kids fave characters!  Some are a little roughly drawn but it does the trick

Found this article with my morning news- a bit technical but got me thinking. When me and DH met it wasn't love at first sight so to speak it did feel different but our first meeting was in a parking lot and our 2nd was at a friends house. After the first meeting, about 15 minutes my dh admits he wasn't quite sure-I wasn't really looking for a serious relationship. Our 2nd meeting was way better No wine and roses or fancy stuff.
