Mom2Gabe&JoshJoined: 7/02/07 Posts: 709 | Posted: 10 months ago I had them for 4 years as did my brother. I guess the orthodontist thought I was a responsible 13 year old and took them off early... HAHAHA.. he gave me this positioner to wear at nights (like a football mouth piece) and i also have a perminant retainer in my bottom teeth. Needless to say the positioner collected dust until I greaduated high school and my top teeth are crooked again! I will get my braces put back on because that is one of the things I don't like about myself. So after kids are all birthed....I'm going back to metal mouth!

Mom2Gabe&JoshJoined: 7/02/07 Posts: 709 | Posted: 10 months ago So my son is now 9 and 1/2 months and a few weeks ago we started to experiment with him feeding himself the Gerber puffs, cheerios, and then feeding him gerber graduate meals, etc. HE LOVES IT... so much that he won't do baby food anymore for anything. I am ok with that because it makes it easier (and cheaper) So my question is what are some good and healthy meals for little teeny ones to start with. He had a waffle (with no syrup) for breakfast and loved it. I am not particular about a lot of things with him but I do want him to have a good healthy relationship with food.

Mom2Gabe&JoshJoined: 7/02/07 Posts: 709 | Posted: 10 months ago our Dr told us (when we were going thru the same thing) that when they are that age that they don't need to eat during the nights and to start weening him off at night with water instead. We did it for one night and then he started sleepig better... then of course we went thru the cry it out stage. They go thru stages with sleeping good and bad. Right now for us it's bad... but he's teething. next week it may be better...I hope it gets better for you!! The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.

Mom2Gabe&JoshJoined: 7/02/07 Posts: 709 | Posted: 10 months ago Lissamomy- I give Gabriel 8 oz for breakfast and 8 before bed. the othe meals/snacks he gets either juice or water. The dr said that since he was growing good, the he did not need all formula anymore. Its good and saves us $ too!!!

Sort of funny if you think about it People get there at all hours of the night to get a good view...like a concert!!! The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.

More so in the past few years... probably just because stress of wedding and pregnancy then having a newborn and pregnancy again. Hopefully my body will be able to relax a little more after the baby and we get a couple of nights alone out. Years ago, I was more of the guy than the girl in respect to sex drive.... that has dwindled down, sadly to nothing... The most wasted of all days is one without laughter.
