katiecsJoined: 2/20/07 Posts: 225 | Posted: 9 months ago I loved Corned Beef! My father is into "curing" all his own meat, so I'm betting we'll invite ourselves over to their house for that dinner!

katiecsJoined: 2/20/07 Posts: 225 | Posted: 9 months ago The most amazing concert I went to was for a band called Toad the Wet Sprocket (which everyone I know makes fun of me for liking). My next door neighbor gave me their CD when we were 12 and I loved all their music. Years later (like almost 10), after we had both been in college for a while and had lost touch and found each other again we ended up back in our home town and this band played at this little venue called the Norva and we both got to go see this concert of a band we had both loved since childhood. It's kind of a silly story, but it was just a really neat experience.

katiecsJoined: 2/20/07 Posts: 225 | Posted: 9 months ago Our pediatrician is the probiotic guru, she won't even talk to you about anything that might be wrong with your child unless that child has already been on a strict regimen of probiotics, so if you have any questions I might be able to help you because we've been through the wringer a few times. We like UDO's. You can get them in Infant or Toddler capsules. My middle child gets yeast infections any time she takes antibiotics, and the probiotics are really helpful AND even if you're not sure that that's the problem, they are certainly NOT harmful, especially if your son has digestions issues to boot. Another thing you might consider trying is using Tea Tree oil in a solution to wipe his bottom. It acts as a gentle astringent and really seems to help keep things clear. Instead of using disposable wipes you can use old washcloths and make a solution of Dr. Bronner's and Tea Trea oil. It's amazing and it really cleans things up. Good luck! | |

katiecsJoined: 2/20/07 Posts: 225 | Posted: 9 months ago If I had two hours free, I would be skiing with my husband. But if it had to be really free, i.e. alone time, I would probably read a book and drink a cup of coffee in TOTAL and ABSOLUTE silence!
