http://www.asklenore.info/breastfeeding/abind ... My doctor told me to keep it up, that I would produce the milk as I needed it. She also told me that some women would drink a half of a Guiness. But I also found the above website and I did what it said and the fenugrek and milk thistle did help (especially the fenugrek).Smile

Hi All,Tongue out I am looking for friends in my area or within driving distance. I live near Dobson and University. I am a stay at home mom and I am looking for interaction for both my 10 month old daughter and myself. We like the park, the mall, shopping, playing cards, rolling on the floor (my daughter and I), and just hanging out. Amber is a very sweet little girl:D , and I believe I am also. I am a little bored  sometimes just staying at home and think we could both do well with some companionship from another mom and child or two. Please let me know as I believe that companionship is a great developer for my daughter's personality skills. ;)

I am in the same boat as you. I can get her to eat the fruit and vegies from the threes mixed with cereal in the morning and afternoon, but at dinner we are struggling. Amber doesn't want me to feed her with a spoon, if I give her the spoon all she does is bangs it. Then I try to feed her with my fingers, well she doesn't want that either. But she will eat some of the food if I just leave her alone. She eats about 1/4  to 1/2 of what I give her with fingers only. I make soup and give her potatoes, peas, carrots, and chicken or beef. She prefers chicken though. My problem is that she eats so little and plays with most of it, and that takes her 45 minutes. Is this where she is suppose to be? How do you get her to use the spoon?

Raine, great point and you put tears in my eyes. I can see Amber doing that. She is barely one year old, and every morning when I get her up, she gives me the sweetest hug. Her head is on my shoulders, her arms around me, and she makes an "awwww" sound. It is the greatest gift she can give me each morning and after every nap.
