antygamma Joined: 1/11/07 Posts: 3827	Title: To pre-school or not to pre-school.... that is MY question Posted: 1 years ago I DID send KK to preschool twice or thrice a week and then not for Sammi as we were moving around the country then out of the country so she did kindergarten in Naples Italy , and first grade in Connecticut then second on up here in Va. No time for preschool . For KK it was really great, she thrived there and learned some social skills and really thankful God opened doors for her to go. It never became a habit with either of them,tho they loved the days Daddy napped w them more hehheh I still remember wen Amy, Garys daughter ,would be w us and all three girls would romp w him and then theyde all lay down for a nap so many cute pics When we were in interim travel, between homes they also had to sleep in same in room w us and whenever we finally located new housing they were THRILLED to have own space again hehheh Now Sam still sleeps w Caleb and when she and Rob get own place I fear its gonna be REAL hard to get him in his own bed but Grannys workin on it at least for some short naps hehheh . Let me add this if you try to be civil and respectfu to and ABOUT your ex , both at home and elsewhere, eventually your son WILL SEE that you are the more mature person . Personally I beieve you add some prayer, seek Gods wisdom in His Word about how to build that relationship, perhaps seek some counselling ... Thats a hard age under best of circumstances but you and your boy can still come out winners. That has Always bothered me.And I wish I COULD redo KKs childhood years, being less harsh and Searent w her, and being far less a screamer to my family... I often hurt them and that wasnt my intention,,, was just VERY Reactive , which I later learned was due to tumor on my adrenal 2) I think I would Not have Have put Benjamin down when I did , he tried to leave vets office and I didnt listen hes only one ever did that... 3) I would have sold my house to Maria when she wanted to buy it while Gary and I were in Hi. ,I think life may have taken better turns for all of us... and Id Still have my last very best friend in people mode 4 ) I think Id have stayed in Hi ., with and listened to God when He told me WAIT!!! 5) I would have given my dear sweet Beethovan the meds to see if they may have helped him and even if they if they didnt, Id have felt much better about it today ... even if I still had to do... Lord, I ask only that You send Your Angels to bring those that dont yet Know You to You thru this, and that Your Angels hold up ALL Survivors and families , that more will be found alive and Lord, open eyes of engineers all over US and world as Ive seen reports of state of so very many and I only go over bridges and thru tunnels w faith ultimately in You.... It was YEARS before I actually had a similar opportunity to do the resort thing w him while he worked I of course didnt have to worry about girls but.... when my girls were little I did go to Italy for 10 whole days and left my 5 and one yr w a neighbour so ary and I could honeymoon he was in La Madelena and it was hard leaving them but am SOOOO glad I went !!!! OK Now to get to QOD LOL More than One animal could desribe me well, when I was younger it was DEFINATELY a Pit Bull, Perhaps part of why I feel sooooo strongly about the Sports/Vic forum Makes peeps forget our great and wonderful qualitys ...In some ways I STILL AM the Pit!!!! When I want something BAD I GRAB on and clamp down and Dont let go hehheh Other times, I think Im becoming an ostrich, sticking my head in sand as I learn more and more Not t sweat the small stuff, but also just giving up the fight for things I dont know how to acomplish w/out a fight I just dont have the enery anymore to do major battles unless its truly life and death Mostly nowadays I guess I could be described as Eaglet W wings clipped way to short to soar but still wanting and needing to do it!!
