antygamma Joined: 1/11/07 Posts: 3827	Title: Question of the Day -- Oh No, Did I Just Do That Posted: 1 years ago OK This is NOT the day for this question, but then again ,maybe it it is His perfect time for it!!!! this week, on Monday nite I did the UNTHINKABLE the UNIMAGINABLE I put my 17 year old companion, friend ,child w 4 legs to sleep, because he was cluster seizing... As I wouldnt ever kill a child for that, HOW COULD I KILL MY BELOVED Best Baby watching Beethovan?!!!! I didnt even try the meds!!!! and though at time I HONESTLY believed it was the RIGHT thing to do, today all day I have been asking myself just this question LORD WHAT DID I DO????? I am in AGONY today I know I know !!! all agree I did the right thing and hes not suffering , all week Ive thought that too.... but today, perhaps I am finally letting myself feel, or perhaps its because Im older and he was raised w my children, and even my grans got to love on him and he them... and somehow , with his passing life is irrevocably different, my shadow, my baby who never grew up or moved away has left me.... and my nest is truly empty now... shouldnt I have tried to give him a bit more time to see if meds wouldve helped? ???? I will never know now, though ultimately I know he is free now and I am happy for that, that he he will never go thru that awful experience again.... Funny thing Ive been pretty much at peace all week, till this AM And just in this posting I feel peace stealing over me again and a burden sliding away ..... Thank you Raine, for asking this question this day..... I was sobbing so hard when I began writing and now at ending already I feel better than I have this entire day... AND RACHEL THEY STILL DO DO TAX FUNDED ABORTIONS ,AND MORE TEENS DO NOT HAVE TO TELL THE PARENTS STILL EITHER IN MANY CENTERS ACROSS COUNTRY. YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER, AS DO MANY OF US. AND I PERSONALLY DO NOT THINK OUR GOVERNMENT HAS ANY RIGHT TO FUND SUCH THINGS ATALL.... sAVE FOR LIFE OF THE MOTHER ISSUES ... i MUST SAY ,AS A PARENT THAT I WOULD HAVE TOTALLY FLIPPED OUT HAD MY KIDS GONE TO PP OR ANYWHERE ELSE, FOR BIRTH CONTROL ,SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES , AND I MOST DEFINATELY WOULD HAVE MADE SOOOOOO MUCH TROUBLE HAD I EVER FOUND OUT THEY OR ANYONE HAD GIVEN MY UNDERAGE CHILD AN ABORTION..... WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR MY CONSENT.... I AM ADAMANTLY ANTIABORTION ALL THOSE PRECIOUS BABIES NEVER ASKED TO BE CONCIEVED... ADMITTEDLY WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE CASUAL SEX IS THE NORM , BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN I WILL NOT CONTINUE TO TEACH MY YOUNG THAT THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES, INCLUDING UNWANTED PREGNANCY, STDS, AND SHAME THAT COMES W THEM , AND THAT THE DECISIONS TO HAVE UNMARRIED SEX, COME W THOSE COSEQUENCES THAT WILL FOLLOW THEM ALWAYS.....AND ITS NOT UP TO ANYONE , TO TELL THEM DIFFERENTLY AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO LIE AND DECIEVE THEIR FAMILIES, AND PUT MY KIDS AT GREATER RISKS... aDMITTEDLY I ALSO USED PP FOR A BRIEF SPELL AS A YOUNG ADULT, AND AGREE THAT THEY ALSO HAVE SOME OTHER SERVICES, THAT CAN BE HAD AT ANY OTHER CLINIC, FUNDED PUBLICLY OR PRIVATELY, BUT ..... antygamma Joined: 1/11/07 Posts: 3827	Title: Wow What a week Ive had Posted: 1 years ago This has been an extremely hard, busy ,very very ,BUSY week filled w sorrows which wore me down and JOYS that uplifted me!!! I was however TOTALLY unprepared for the HOUSEful of my sweet family whom all desended on me by wonderful surprize w no extra cribs up , nor near enuff grocerys nor prepared beds but despite a totally destroyed house , we managed to fill my little house to bursting with my normally here kids, my family of three here always, the 4 remaining dogs, Sammi, Rob, and my 2 sweet grandsons and to top all off , one of my dearest friends, my sister Rose and her son, Sammis friend since like first grade came knocking on my door yesterday down from Maryland to both surprise me and bring me cheer so .... I actually was too tired to worry about dirty , overpacked w luggage baby stuff house, or cooking , or finances or anything else and we all had a really nice visit till they(Rose and Michael) headed home this Sund AM , and just went out for Chinese, and just visited till we collapsed hehheh..... So I learned anew , dont sweat the small stuff when youve been given the gift of friends,family as they love you for who you are and not condition of your home and Im Blessed because of it!!!! So dont be afraid of unexpected company peeps...
