antygamma Joined: 1/11/07 Posts: 3827	Title: Preparing for hospital/surgery stay Posted: 1 years ago I Would tell you to bring her fav stuffed animal or blankey some books or music if you have laptop maybe some fav movies . she will probly sleep alot at least first day , and they will monitor what she eats drinks as per drs orders... you should bring commfy slippers, a comfy pillow, and book, mags your bible will help you feel better too. she will be ok mommy and so will you for surgery bring daddy and a friend to hang onto first hospital stays harder on us than on them generally speaking but she will recover quickly we will keep her and you in our prayers relax so she wont feel your fear Phil 4:8 think on those things that are true,honest,just,pure,lovely and of good report,if there be any virtue any praise, think on these things prov.22:7 for as we think in our hearts ,so are we.... Then theres the types misbehaviours to consider, and ages and the WHY are you doing this too Like Rachels blog is GREAT example teehee But point is there ARE times no matter Spank is THE OPTION No QUESTIONS like running in street Id rather Paddle, Then Talk and keep them SAFE than do the other methods the reason is This will bring IMMEDIATE consequece of pain You WILL NOT do this Ever!!! And they Will understand Why Mostly I talk ,I distract as have more teeny ones , I will put in time out and lite swats when necessary. I reserved the SPANKINGS for my own teehee... And I am blessed that my kiddles are all being well taught so my parts easier teehee Blessings all you great young moms no matter methods work for you .. I believe most here know difference between BEATING and Butt whuppings and thats why your kids are so great . Posted: 1 years ago Its perfectly normal to get sick from shots, as most vacs are simply viruses to build up our immunities and make strong against worst illness from baby vacs to flu shots we may get mild case but then we are much safer. Posted: 1 years ago SJ This ones fer you I hear ya loud and clear but let me say I was Greeter /security at doors of KMART on Oahu few years back I got the loverly job of checking the beepers, bags, reciepts u get pic ....what was TRULY AMAZING to my surprise was the number of young parents using their sweet babies to pilpher items from store. Stuck in diapers, the clothes on under those worn in store the diaper bags!!!! Soooo It now makes sense why babies need badges too teehee. We would play games like scruples or scattergories and i/we would get soo durned heated as would other couples I wound up even refusing to play em anymore rofl grumpy was an awful loser !!!!!!! And he would stomp off calling us all cheaters at canasta or spite hehehehh less he won wed play women against the guys for HOURS sometimes all night while kids slept[tho how they slept thru our laughter and heated debates I will never know.. aahhhh THOSE WERE THE DAYS I MISS THOSE GATHERINGS NOW BAWWWLLLL. When we were young he went and turned off all lights in house and music too leaving his gramma and me at table laughing our butts off at whupping him at SCRABBLE !!!!!!! Its his OWN Sports ,mentally challenging, emotionally and physically challenging, can test ALL his Limits ...and Make him laugh, groan , YELL and RUN Action packed adventurous and warm and fuzzy while TOUGH and enduring No BETTER gift in WHOLE wide world ME Im his GIFT I was born Gods Gift to Man 51 yrs ago on Fathers Day and now I'm dhs Gift this yr once more What More Could he ask for??????? teehee Beat that ladies ROFL OK OK Real gift was da girls and his fishes no clue for this year hehheh besides moi ok Seriously kids and I have tried to be creative over yrs from handmade cards and gifts dinners out just giving him the day off and going to the movies of his choice we all pitched for his big fish tank and some starter accessories cue sticks he ADORES his Packer cue ,and this year he was planning on taking meto surprize destination and its for him and for me ... hOWEVER as its been delayed a bit we will treat him to dinner place of his choice and movie of his choice. But you cant just sit in the depression, you have too fight it w all your being. Really take it to God in prayer, because He CAN HELP if you let Him, Also What does your DR say? Has he prescribed anything to help you cope? Do your best t not let all the issues surround you and grab on the happiest thoughts you have. You are alive, you have two beautiful children you love who love you , and you have a TON of people right here who care Sincerily and deeply. So you are NOT alone sweety. If there are things we can do do to help, a PO box where we can send greetings to help cheer you whatever we can do just tell us okies We want to help.
