We try to go once a week for grogery shopping then go as we need during week, but seems like we cant keep cost down !!!!! It frustrates Grumpy Grampy to no end< he even bans me from shopping sometimes and as long as someone else cooks im all for it . I like keeping ahead and being prepared for the unexpected mouths and always want to try new recipes< then I lose the recipes so am very badddd here lately.But with summer scheduals easier I can plan and use more stuff.But I like looking for specials and have little time to shop. We go thru tons of wipes and paper products ,disinfectant wipes tp ,pt, napkins..... but when I used to plan meals, scheduals didnt allow to use so was alot of waste for awhile and went the frozen dinner planteehee u know cook in 10 mins teehee. nOW whie all here its working better but prices up again and prefer to shop Commissary,farm Fresh ,Krogers,and Food Lion . wherever what we want is on sale and close. Meats cheaper at Com, And milk and cheese fish cheapest and freshest at farm fresh. produce wherever its fresh and good prices. Posted: 2 yearss ago OKIES TIS THE SEASON ALRIGHT LOL WE JUST GOT A REALLY NEAT FUN KIDDIE POOL HAS BBALL AND RINGS AND WATERFALL OVER THE LITTLE SLIDE HOURS OF FUN IN A LITTLE EASY CLEAN POOL KIDS ARE LOVING IT. ITS NICE MY DH AND ELDEST ARE HERE AS THEY ARE GIVING BIG BREAKS AS THEY HOLD AND PLAY BUT KIDS GONNA MISS THEM WHEN THEY ARE REEMPLOYED AND STUCK W DA OLD GRANNY AGAIN TEEHEE AM TRYING OUT VIDEO FEATURE ON MY CAMERA SOS I CAN GET REAL VIDEOS UP TEEHEE. Beauty, no wild animals,no fads ,no fat, you know , just peace ,beauty ,and tranquiity, with a pure ,unadulterated relationship with God walking and talking ,no shame. Pure joy and actually being CLEAN in His Presence. Now what better time on earth could there be? I think Id have to go another time thogh before she took that Apple . What parent worth their grain WOULDNT in todays world. Kids often have several faces ....One for parents, one for siblings observe even as they are tiny tots lol..... then theres the church face, or overall grown up face can be OOOHHHH SOOOO convincing!!!! Great grades, active in church ,the whole 9 yards.... then they get w the friends story ages old and while parents are so busy trusting.... theres the drinking or other popular activities.... Heck I even encouraged to have a few sips of wine with family for special occassions per the Italian way thinking they would be less likely to need to experiment if they already knew... Boy was I dumb!!!! One now ,after experimenting still freaks about alcohol, as she did as a child... the other welll... lets say she Definately experimented anyway ..... as for busted snooping welll Ill let Sammi tell you that one teehee Im SURE she will remember or have a memory Ill have tooo think about rofl... But I will NEVER regret snooping as I think mine DID ultimately keep me informed of things I needed to know to guide and direct my girls.. Posted: 2 yearss ago With all the HYpes and types methods to cook out Whats your fave methods and why? and whats your fave cook-out meals? I love cookouts and though I like old fashioned charcoal, takes to long to prepare. So I go for the gas Easier to clean and DH INSISTS it be cleaned after each use, he never believed thats where the best flavour is and cannot convince him of it either . antygamma Joined: 1/11/07 Posts: 3827	Title: HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT BEING A STEP PARENT/YOUR KIDS FEEL IN THE MIX Posted: 2 yearss ago THIS IS THE QUESTION SINCE WE HAVE SO MANY BLENDED FAMILIES HERE. We have a blended family , and we discovered with time that there are some very hard, not pretty feelings can build up if not addressed. Sooo heres a place to discuss all those feelings good and bad. For some transition is easy and natural. Others, its a nightmare.When we meet fall in love and our kids seem to get along during dating, we think its gonna be easy RIGHTTTTT!!!!! So we marry and then the fun begins...... dealing w the exspouse and the jealousies and bitternesses that build up....trying not to talk bad about the real parents during visits..... trying not to be defensive when discipline so different and rules for the other side than our own....... the kids feeling like they dont fit anymore ,or plain resenting a third party telling them anything sigh , fearing we love the new parents kids more than them...... its a hard task blending families> But with hard work lots of talking /listening to each family member and a whole lotta prayer and ground rules it can and often does work> you gotta agree on new rules for your homes< and above all best love and reassurance you can give to each person and praises higher than tuff route> I found the tuff road to be a killer sigh still I love my girls and my husbands dear first dd wherever she may be> I pray moms and dads can help kids adjust to new steps< and not show bitterness or jealousy in front of them... this is first post of what I hope to be some sincere discussion and support on this issue> Tho my girls be grown now< theres still a whole healing from blended issues that must take place .......
