I SO WISH I COULD DO OVER PARTS OF MY YOUTH , WHEN MY MOM WAS ALIVE AND FIND THE WAY TO SHW HER HOW MUCH SHE WAS VALUED AND APPRECIATED .. HOW MUCH SHE WAS TREASURED.... M BLESSED WE HAD YEAR BEFORE SHE DIED TO FINALLY BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WHERE WE EACK KNEW HOW SPECIAL THE OTHER WAS.GOD WAS WATCHING OUR BACKS WHEN HE BROKE DOWN THE BARRIERS BETWEEN US. AND WHEN SHE DIED SHE KNEW I LOVED HER AND WAS APPRECIATING HER MANY SACRIFICES. SO I TELL YOU LADIES AND GENTS, YOU DONT KNOW IF YOUR FOLKS WILL BE AROUND A SHORT TIME OR A LONG TIME, SO LETS ALL LEARN TO LET GO THE MORE OFTEN THAN NOT IMAGINED SLIGHTS, AS MOST WERE NOT INTENDED AS SUCH, AND TRY TO REMEMBER THE MANY LOVING THINGS YOUR PARENTS, ESPECIALLY YOUR MOMS DID FOR YOU AS A CHILD. UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO NEVER WERE ABLE TO BE DEMONSTRATIVE, THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN UNDERLYING HEALTH OR EMOTION BAGGAGE THAT MADE IT APPEAR THEY DIDNT LIKE YOU. AND FOCUS ON THE FACTS. THEY GAVE YOU LIFE, THEY DID BEST TO KEEP YOU FED AND CLOTHED AND TEACH YOU RIGHT FROM WRONG. THEY WORRIED WHEN YOU HAD POOR GRADES AND HURTS, AND THEY WANTED YOU WELL AND TO SUCCEED. IVE SEEN SOME POSTS BY SOME VERY WOUNDED KIDS IN GROWN UP BODIES, AND I KNOW HOW I FELT ABOUT MY MOM.WHEN YOUNG. I WAS TOO YOUNG TO UNDERSTAND HER NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, FROM WORKING 3 JOBS, TRYING TO RAISE 4 KIDS, AND DEAL W MY DADS INFIDELITIES, THEN US KIDS WHO JUST THOUGHT SHE PREFERRED TO WORK RATHER THAN BE W US SHE WAS SOOO TIRED. THAT SHE WAS IRRITABLE . aND WE TOOK IT PERSONALLY ..... SIGH NOW i KNOW SHE WAS BEYOND EXHAUSTED . iM SHARING THIS AS I SAID BECAUSE IVE SEEN SOME FORUM POSTS FROM KIDS WHO THINK THEY WERE NOT LOVED. BECAUSE IVE SEEN THE HURTS AND WISH FOR THE HEALING. ONCE THEY ARE GONE ITS TOO LATE . AND MY HUBBY HAS TOLD ME HES SPIRITING ME OFF TO AN UNREAVEALED DESTINATION IN JUNE AND HAS WARNED SEVERAL OF MY KIDS FOLKS TOMAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS THAT WEEK. DEPENDING ON WHAT HAPPENS W HIS EMPLOYMENT WE WILL SEE BUT IN ANY EVENT I LOVE THAT HE WAS THINKING AHEAD. AND DREAMING AND PLANNING . It seems these days like Motherhood, as Christiandom, is being slanted as a very outdated, outmoded ,and negative thing, as satan seeks to destroy the Family, he's started w innocent babies and moms who've aborted them , which seems to have led to Mom becoming a dirty word to many, having lost all the reverance it once held. Womans Lib, abortion, divorce so prevalent, marraige becoming obsolete, same sex unions becoming more and more the accepted norm in society, at least if you read the papers, the stats, and try to be politically correct.... THE WORD of God .make that The Name Of GOD, and the name of Mother, hhmmmm both the givers of life, have become the blame of societys problems. We are fanatics, we are hard and unmoving, Its soooo very sad. I think thats why Mommy Talk is such a big success. We HONOUR the Most Important job in life, the Enormous task of preparing for the future, the job, that is te closest to Gods heart, I think, as its such a hard, often thankless position, one we bear the Title with Honour, and Respect and Love as Conquerer of All in the end. We ,as Moms bear the entire future of Society , in our offspring. and I SALUTE You All Mothers, Grandmothers and our wonderful, if sometimes difficult children, teehee. God Bless You All. There is No job on earth as hard as Motherdom, But in the End , Its considered by us , despite the gray hair, ground out teeth, and belly stress fat , to be our best reward when they begin to make it. So Moms, Do Not Fret, Just keep the time honoured task passing to the next generation, of kindness, respect, love and values, and teach them to do those same things, make breakfast in bed, cards gifts etc... And We Will Prevail GOOO MOMMIES !!!!! I think for KK It was her little french dress as a fav, brought from France for her. Barbies? not really favs, My Jane doll was much better, she was cowgirl all plastic and moved better than barbie, had her own horse and was tuff and active .... my Lennon sister cutout dolls they were well loved, the baby I got from my aunt erna she was just beyond special. as I payed w boxes and clay, and and jungle gyms toys werent my high priorty ,i was far too busy getting into mischief to play w toys .. drove my momma crazy liked to ringleader all kids in projects to streak to drive my godmother crazy, then let them catch cain teehee, was into art, and finding stray dogs too bring home etc... happy remembering all Phil 4:8 think on those things that are true,honest,just,pure,lovely and of good report,if there be any virtue any praise, think on these things prov.22:7 for as we think in our hearts ,so are we....
