My son woke up this morning, and like every morning the first thing he asks is " what day is today?" Once a week before I answer I have to brace myself. This day is today because in our house it is Taco Tuesday. As soon as the day comes out of my mouth shouts of joy follow, proceeded by the endless question," Are you making tacos now?" Taco Tuesday has become a staple in our home, not a Tuesday has gone buy that I have not made tacos. So when the kids get older I hope they remember Taco Tuesday, and share Taco Tuesday with their own family! Do you have a Taco Tuesday or a pizza Saturday?
