Those are MY private parts! is the title of a book that every parent, guardian, or anyone who has custody of a child should own.  The book was written by Diane Hansen and illustrated by her daughter.  She even financed the publishing of this book on her own.  Unfortunately you can not find this book in your local book store, but you can find it on Amazon.com and you can learn more about it at thosearemyprivateparts.com.  There are a lot of scary statistics that you may or may not be aware of, but in this day and age where sexual addictions and perversions are running wild, we need to make sure that our children are aware that it is okay to say no and to tell someone in order to protect themselves and others from future harm.  In any case, I just thought ALL parents should know about this book; be sure to tell your friends about it as well and maybe urge your local library or libraries to obtain copies of this book for ckeck-out.  Also, don't forget to check out the local sex offender web sites for where you live (not in order to hate, but to be aware).
