OK, doing house work isn't fun. Dishes, diapers, laundry -- it seems like it never ends. With this said, what do you dislike the most? Why do you consider it the worst house chore? Do you try to get out of it by pushing it onto someone else in the household?

It's not all fun, as we all know. So tell us what is the absolute worst!

I dislike doing the toilets.......I am not a big fan of that......But I have anxitey over small things so I clean alot to help me work through it......I love to clean........just not toilets.
  I find peace in doing the dishes...I look out the window and day dream of things while doing dishes...so thats one of my favorite......

Housework, well I left today and asked my daughter whose home for a couple more days to do some laundry, put the dishes in the dish washer and pick up, when I got home, nothing had been done,  I just picked up and did all these things and reminded myself she's just a kid, when she has a family these things will be done, until then just do it.  I like doing the dishes and laundry, everyone thinks I'm nuts, but they don't talk back.

i dont like doing dishes or laundry. the dishes is mainly because i dont like standing at the sink that long but we have decent dishwasher now so dont have to do dishes much anymore. laundry just because i always forget to swap stuff from washer to dryer so it seems to take all day i wish my washer and dryer had the buzzers on them to let you know its done.

I really don't like laundry, the whole process is annoying.  Thank goodness my husband is obsessed with it  After laundry, my next least favorite would be dusting...but it has to get done.

I hate cleaning the bathroom!! I hate everything about it. The shower and toilet are what I dont like the most.

The chores I dont mind doing would be laundry. Its not my favorite thing to do, but it helps me relax. Sitting down to fold the laundry helps me take a break from running around the house. With 3 kids and 2 adults we have ALOT of laundry, so it never seems like the clothes are being washed. That would be the down side of laundry!

Cleaning the cat litter boxes...yuck.

I like to fold/arrange/put-away laundry!  That's my favorite! When the house is in complete disarray I get some comfort in knowing that the clothes are neatly folded in their drawers or hung on their color coded hangers. Everything else I could do without. But it has to be done, and since I am a control freak I am the only one that can do it the way I like, which means I do everything. There are a few things here and there I do expect my husband to do, and those things he has trouble with, and those are the things I hate to do!! Because they are sooooo easy! Dirty laundry in hamper, wrappers in garbage, dirty plates in the left side of sink,....not rocket science!! I don't even expect him to pick up after me or the baby....just himself!! Ahhhhhh! (feel my rage)

Mopping the floors - YUCK!
