lol! Cool question. I think that for me it looks like those funny eyes that you see at Dollar trees or Michaels, some kind of craft stores. The eyes that you use to paste on crafts. The eyes that have a dark eye inside a plastic eyeball.

I had never paid any attention at all to it either, but yeah, it pretty much does "I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.
